We used bookabus to get our wedding guests from their accommodation to our venue and back in rural France. They turned up on time, and all the guests raved about how easy it was. Brilliant!

Our experience with Bookabus was great! First, they got back with a very reasonable quote very quickly compared to other bus companies. And when we changed our route and had to get a smaller bus to accommodate smaller roads, they handled the change without any issues. Not only did we get the perfect size bus, we also had a friendly bus driver (Steven) who made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend bookabus to anyone!

The driver was great, and the bus clean, modern and comfortable.

Zero issues using Bookabus. We had a couple changes regarding the number of people and the schedule, leading up to the trip. Bookabus handled them quickly and professionally.

The driver was on time and in the right place BUT please make sure that the driver contact info is sent on time. I had to call and remind you to send it one hour before the journey. I will say though that when I called the customer service was very good and efficient.

Was unable to actually book a bus..The call centre staff were absolutely clueless..I think flexible is definitely the wrong description..Don't bother, catch a normal scheduled bus..

On time, bus was neat.

We booked 3 transfers for our group and all of them went without a hitch. The drivers details would arrive a day before and every time, the driver arrived on time and one of them Juanma was excellent. Thank you bookabus.

Bus was very comfortable, driver was very polite and careful.

The driver arrived 30 minutes late. He arrived at 9.00 am instead of 8.20 am (10 minutes before departure time). Furthermore, he was rude. He shouted at me while I was calling him to know where he was, was not able to say hello and shouted at us when we kindly offer him a waffle. He was treating us like if we were children even though our average age is 24 years old. Moreover, he was lost and took the wrong path every time even though he had 2 GPS to guide him. Thanks to him, we arrived one hour late to our destination as we had a limited time for our activity. It is the worst experience we've had with Bookabus and we are considering no longer using your services.

The service was very good and the booking process extremely easy. I had some changes to the booking after it had been made and these were handled very efficiently. The driver super nice and accommodating. Would definitely choose this service again.

Quick service, but a bit pricy! Hellingman is a good company with nice and professional drivers and a great bus. One point of feedback would be to be able to adjust the planning of the trip further in advance with the bus company. Now it's only possible to get in touch a day before departure. In case of an international trip it would be better to do this further in advance.
