Bookabus were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Their website is straightforward and amendments to the booking information was clear. The itinerary was available whenever it was need and. Close to the travel date the drivers details and contact information was available to us. The driver arrived promptly and his bus was clean and presented well. The driver was friendly and cheerful. The whole Bookabus experience was positive and helped in making our day out a great success

Bookabus helped organise transport for a group of 25 people from and to Leuven, with intermediate stops, in the framework of a teambuilding event and this to our full satisfaction. The communication beforehand was very professional and reassuring, the day itself, the bus driver was very kind and flexible. We would recommend Bookabus to anyone and have in the meantime booked them again ourselves!

We have returned from our trip through Germany and wanted to thank you once again for all the assistance you (Ms. Sobania and Ms. Sakowsky) and your company gave us to make sure we got the correct bus for our tour.

The bus was just what we needed and the driver, Herr Ilker, was fantastic. We cannot say enough about Herr Ilker. He was gracious, kind, helpful and went out of his way SEVERAL times to make sure our tour was without a doubt the best we could have.

Reviewing the several emails between myself and your company, it seems that I was certainly a difficult person to deal with, but you were so nice to answer all my questions and make changes to our request several times.

If and when I need to make arrangements for another tour and another bus, I will limit my search to Bookabus only. I know I will be treated kindly and with a sincere effort to make sure my needs are accommodated.

We have used bookabus for a few years now and find them very professional, punctual and helpful. The buses provided are of a very high standard and nothing is an issue for them. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Travel from Malaga -> Granada -> Malaga. Everything ok. Only the start station has changed. Because the bus could not enter the location where it was booked.

I first found out about Bookabus via google. The communication with the office for finding the right bus/price was very easy and fast. They were kind and efficient. Drivers were also friendly and helpful with nice comfy buses. I thoroughly recommend Bookabus!
