Delivery received within the expected timeframe, with a clear and transparent tracking system, and very well packaged.

I live in Thailand and it’s not always easy to find titles that you may be looking for in English.

Prices are reasonable. Tracking number provided. Books are professionally packed and shipping takes about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks (UK to Thailand).

As long as the titles you are looking for are still being published, BD should have those titles in stock.

I managed to purchased some very rare titles from here. They were all fairly priced (which was a pleasant surprise), and the postage fees didn't cost an arm and leg. The books came pretty fast and well packed. Definitely going to buy books from here again!

Very impressed with the overall experience through Book Delivery. Pricing was excellent as too was the service and delivery. My books arrived three weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date.

All clear and transparent

I needed a number of titles, with varying degrees of urgency so in my order included some books in the UK and some that were imported (and would therefore take longer). What is not indicated anywhere though is that this means you will now be paying the premium price for books but that nothing will be despatched until the slowest possible part of your order arrives. The customer service, when they respond is not helpful and also unusual in that they neither pretend to have considered options or bother to use any sympathetic language such as "I'm afraid" or "we apologise". Simply that it follows their internal process, that they did not trouble to highlight as you before or during making a purchase. To quote the customer service response:
"If an order contains items with different availability times, the shipment is scheduled according to the item with the longest delivery window, as the full order must be consolidated into one package before dispatch. This follows our standard shipping process."
So I'm following one of my standard complaint processes.

TLDR: Not a website to use for a large order at all, not a company that prides itself on customer service to perhaps best for books that you cannot find elsewhere?

EDIT: They did then follow through with sending the books immediately so have revised the star rating upwards. Hopefully they have changed procedure in general for larger orders. Will perhaps test that at a later date and update.

Excellent service, arrived before the time and in excellent t condition. Price point is also great. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend. Managed to order a few limited edition books I couldn’t find anywhere else, they were a good price and arrived fairly quickly. Packaging was great - each book bubble wrapped, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be ordering from here more.
