I ordered The Plant-Based Baby and Toddler in mid-December from Bookdelivery.com at almost half the usual price, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The book arrived last week — earlier than estimated — in great condition and exactly as described.
I was kept updated throughout the process, and the tracking was easy to follow. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service, the pricing, and the delivery experience. I’ll definitely order from them again.

The books are in perfect condition, but the delivery time is extremely long. Customer service is available and keeps you informed of the progress of your order and any delays etc. I recommend them, but you just can’t be in a hurry.

To be honest, I don´t trust online shops but I gave Bookdelivery a chance because I read great reviews. In the end it turned out that it really is amazing and absolute trustworthy! The shipping was incredibly quick, the book was perfectly wrapped and brand new.
I can only praise Bookdelivery too :) I´ll surely order again from them.

Bookdelivery website was very easy to navigate, the book I bought was at a great price and it was delivered in great time for my daughter's birthday. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a book. I got a delivery number and link to track it.

After a week I suddenly get my money refunded and am told the return is completed. I got my money back. But I am still angry that they acted like they had the book, took my money for a week and wasted my time. Because of them I wasted a week where I could have purchased that book somewhere else. Now the alternative isn’t available anymore. Now I would have to pay nearly double the price of the original costs.

Edit: Thanks for the Feedback. It's still a bit frustrating.

I ordered 6 books from Bookdelivery, you can track their progress from order to delivery. To be honest it's not the fastest but the price is hard to beat. This is not my first order and each time it's been the same, I will use them again i would definitely highly recommend them.

Last year I bought over 300 books. Not much, but it is what it is. From BD less that 5% of those. My last experience with bookdelivery was the last drop. On the 5th December I placed and paid 3 different orders: 2 from the USA and 1 from the UK. The BD order is the one still missing. The other 2 received prior to the 20th and already read. Not a good experience.

I had a poor experience with this company.

The prices are competitive. I placed an order end of November for delivery 5 days later to Singapore. I paid for the shipping. I needed the book for a gift. Had not arrived by 12 December so had to buy an alternative book. Order finally arrived 23rd December. Told I could get compensation. Applied and it's in the form of a credit on their system. Why would I order another book from them when the first was well overdue. A refund should be to the original card. Very poor customer service. Be warned....only refund is a credit to your account held with them.

The company has offered a refund if I return the book at my own expense. Completely ridiculous. Posting the book back from Singapore would cost more than the value of the purchase. They mentioned they can't do a refund because I live in Singapore. Makes zero sense. Their pricing is excellent. This is a silly decision on their behalf
