Cheaper but longer delivery time
The books I have bought are cheaper compare to other book selling sites. Although it is already delivery faster than it state when I purchase those, it still take a while to get it delivered. Books are in very good quality and pack with care.

Great purchasing experience
Great purchasing experience. I was looking for a specific title in English language which turned out to be quite rare. Bookdelivery.com had it and was offering what looked like the most reliable international delivery scheme to France - and that was true: fast and relatively cheap

Still waiting, 3.5 months later….
I ordered puzzles at the start of September, and I still do not have them. I have checked in multiple times and received basic responses, and according to the tracking, they should have been delivered mid-November. The amount of times that I’ve had to check in and remember that I ordered this and keep on top of it was not worth the menial savings on my order. Unfortunately I would not recommend, unless you don’t mind waiting a quarter of a year for items…that may or may not arrive.

As per the comms from the CS team, the jigsaw puzzle you ordered was blocked at customs between UK>US>Canada and we were never given a clear response as to why this was and what was needed to clear it through customs despite chasing. I appreciate this didn't help you as you waited for your item and we are very sorry that this happened. We have now moved our fulfillment to customers in Canada to be done via our US warehouse which we hope will resolve these customs issues in the future. We do take your point about getting more updates would have been helpful and we are sorry you've had such disappointing experience.

I was skeptical at first about the legitimacy of this site but now that I’ve received my order I must say I was so wrong. The quality of the packaging is great and ensures that no damages will be made to the books and the delivery time was fast.
