Scamer BookForYou was extremely…
Scamer BookForYou was extremely disappointing.
I found flights advertised at what appeared to be a total price and booked them in good faith. I paid £744 (plus luggage) believing this was the cost of my booking. After my payment was taken, I was told that this was only an “initial service payment” and that I had to pay an additional £460 before my airline tickets would be issued.
This was not how I understood the booking when I made the payment. If I had known I would need to pay hundreds of pounds more, I would never have booked.
Despite paying, I have not received any e-tickets, only a reservation reference, and my request for a refund was refused. I have now raised a dispute with my bank and am waiting for the outcome.
Please read all the terms very carefully before booking and make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for.
Bookforyou and FlyWatchers= REAL SCAMMERS
FlyWatchers and Bookforyou= REAL SCAMMERS
I had just a very terrible experience with company named FlyWatchers and Bookforyou would not recommend using them at all.
I paid £640 for a ticket (Air India) as I was told this was the full cost of my flight from London t Bangkok. After taking my payment, I was contacted again and asked to pay additional money of £510, supposedly for the remaining balance.
This additional charges were never clearly explained and disclosed before. Even when I mentioned them what is this total price? They said this is a normal price for the ticket in this route. Later the next day, I was surprised to be asked for more money after I believed my booking had already been paid in full.
When I questioned these unexpected charges, I requested a refund instead. Unfortunately, I have still not received my refund.
The complete lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating and has left me with no confidence that my issue will be resolved directly by the company.
As a result, I have had no option but to pursue the matter through my credit card provider and Reoprtfraud.co.uk in an attempt to recover my money.
Based on my personal experience, I found the pricing to be lacking in transparency, the customer service to be unresponsive, and the handling of my refund request unacceptable.
Finally, I would strongly advise no one considering FlyWatchers and Bookforyou at all and any circumstances and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience I had.

SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!!!!
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
I was given a price of £639 for a flight to Thailand. Once I paid over the phone I was sent an invoice showing a remaining balance of £1000. The telephone agent a Sean mathews insisted he had told me about the £1000 extra which was apparently for fees and taxes. THAT WAS A LIE !!!!
NO MATTER HOW CHEAP DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Bookforyou Is Scam- Don’t Book From Here
I searched for flights from London to Kathmandu.
The website displayed a total fare of £638 for the flight booking.
Before payment, I spoke to an agent by phone who also confirmed that £638 was the total cost of the flights.
Based on this information, I agreed to purchase the flights and paid £638 using my Monzo debit card on 14 June 2025.
The agent told me that I would receive my booking confirmation within about an hour.
After payment
I later received an itinerary email.
Because I believed I had already paid the full flight cost, I assumed this was simply my booking confirmation and did not notice anything unusual at the time.
I subsequently discovered that the email stated that the £638 payment was only an "Initial Service Payment" and that a further £748 was required before any ticket would be issued.
This meant the actual total cost was £1,376, not the £638 that had been advertised and verbally confirmed before payment.
The transaction was presented to me as a flight purchase costing £638 in total.
I was not informed before payment that £638 was only a deposit, reservation fee, fare-hold fee, or partial payment.
Had I been informed that the actual cost was £1,376, I would not have made the payment.
No e-ticket has been issued and the flights have not been provided.
I believe the service was misrepresented, as the advertised and verbally confirmed price differed significantly from the amount later demanded.
Discovery and reporting
I became aware of the issue on 19 June 2026 at approximately 1:30 AM when I reviewed the booking documentation more carefully and discovered the additional payment demand.
I reported the matter to Monzo immediately after discovering it.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, don't hand out your money to them, I lost £398
DON'T loose your money, read other reviews, the good reviews they have are fake, read reports from Google, trustpilot - they all know this is a scam, but they still let them rob people every minute. The system needs to change, we need greedy Google to protect us consumers better!
Great customer service from nelson
I had an issue that I felt wasn't being dealt with until I spoke with Nelson. He heard my complaint. He took time to review the complaint and offer me multiple options to resolve the problem. He was a real gentlemen and clearly took his job seriously. I am happy to use this company again and will ring Nelson directly to get him to check flights for me

Please stay away from this company SCAMMERS
On Sunday 14/06/26 I booked a flight from Manchester to Johannesburg. I have been travelling to South Africa for over 30 years. My husband died when we were on holiday in South Africa and I continued to visit special friends there. This was to be my last visit due to age and failing health, my son wanted to make this last visit special so he offered to pay for me to go business class. I paid £2950 for my ticket the agent who was dealing with me, her name was Nikkie assured me this was the final price.
She sent me an email asking me to confirm my name, email and phone number, I checked and all was good, the price was £2950. Everything looked fine, the next day I was sent an email saying the £2950 was a deposit and I had to pay a further £3330 making the price £6280 you will never find business class as expensive as £6280 anywhere on the Internet the average is about £3200
When I got in touch with them they said the total amount was on the email but I could not find it. It should have been clearly stated on the first page of the booking confirmation but it only showed £2950. I got in touch with my bank, they said they could start a change back claim
When I spoke to the company again the lady ( if she can be called a lady) told me to read all the email, I had to scroll down and down and down finally right at the very end the total cost was there. The only reason it was hidden so well was because this was a Scam, why would anyone agree to pay £6280 when they thought the price was £2950. They said the only thing they could do was to downgrade me to Premium Economy but I would not get any refund for the difference. She said this ticket was £2500 but when checked the website it was only worth £1100 so I am not going business class and I have lost £1850.
This company has been defrauding people for a long time now, why are they allowed to still be in business, they and the company who issue the tickets Flywatches should be closed down and money refunded to all who have been scammed

Major SCAM
Major SCAM. Should be reported to the police. They charge me 3 x39 EURO as a subscription without any information or warning
Scam
Scam, scam, scam!
This company appears very professional, but my experience was extremely disappointing. They advertise very cheap flight prices to attract customers and then demand additional payments after you have already booked and paid.
Once you have paid your money, getting it back is impossible. They simply claim the pre booking is non-refundable and keep your money. The advertised price was not the real price, and the entire process felt misleading from start to finish.
I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to avoid it and book directly with the airline instead.

Bookforyou (dublin) charged my debit card for €39 even without singup or used their services. I just disabled my card. No idea how they gained access to my card data (very scary). I never travelled nor use their digital services.
