Very cunning scammer! Avoid at all costs!

We originally purchased flight tickets for three people to China on the website bookforyou.co.uk on 08/02/2026 for nearly £3000 but the payment wasn't taken. The booking confirmation email said "Your booking is under process of Airline confirmation. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Our Sales team will contact you". We waited to hear from them, but still hadn't heard anything by 13/02/2026 so we decided to call them on that day to check on progress with the booking. We spoke to someone called Nelson who told us that they had been tried many times to contact us since 08/02/2026, but we had no missed calls or emails whatsover since the original booking confirmation email so that seemed unusual. Nelson said the payment hadn't gone through and so we paid the balance with Apple Pay using a link Nelson sent to our email. A while after Nelson said they had received the payment but because of the delay in us contacting them (even though the booking confirmation email clearly said they would contact us!) the cost of the flights had gone up and we would therefore have to pay an additional £1700 to secure the tickets and the initial payment was then reclassified by them as a non-refundable deposit. We were not willing to pay this extra money as we thought we could get cheaper tickets elsewhere, but since the "deposit" was non-refundable (which sounds completely unreasonable for such a large amount of money!) we are now left with nothing and we are in the process of fighting to get our money back! Stay well away from this company as they are very cunning scammers! We would rate them 0 if we had the option!

Scammers, stay away from them!

Scammers, like all previous reviews. I never know this company before until i booked my flight to China via Bookforyou ( bookforyou.co.uk) website on 8 Feb 2026 and then they sent us an email confirmed the total air fare for 3 of us for £2622.42; at about 14:00pm on 13 Feb after they took this payment and then within hours phoned up said the air fair increased, we must pay an additional of £1700 to secure our booking; while on the phone talking to us the same time they sent the email that changed our initial payment for the air fare into strictly not refund deposit and pressurized us to pay the balance on the same day, if we don't pay then we will lose all that we have just paid and won't receive any tickets either... and then we saw "flycations.co.uk" appeared on my credit card statement and the pending payment disappeared at about 19:00pm already, which meant they took the money within few hours and second day continuedly sent reminders to demand of £1700. We refused and ignored them and reported to action fraud and our credit card company and prepare to bring it to Ombudsman at the moment. From the email they sent us and we found out from Bookforyou, (bookforyou.co.uk) they Cc: to (book-2travel.co.uk), (galaxyflights.co.uk), (galaxyflights.co.uk) that showed that they are all the same scammers together to deceive the customers. Please beware and never touch! We are still fight for our refund at the moment as we paid £2622.42 and received nothing, very stressful! I

They have done this under different company names before they eventually get shut down.
Their misfits in charge need to be put accountable with jail terms. They rely on people not fighting back against their little scamming operation.

Scammers

Scammers! After trying to book flight online trading as booknflyuk then receiving a phone call to confirm flights and pay to then have so called jim tell me there was a spelling mistake on booking by 1 letter wanted to charge me a extra £285 to correct it (emirates direct would of charged me £20) Or if I canceled I'd lose the money I paid £609 after 2 irrated calls back trying to explain to him I had a right to cancel and refund due to money pending and not finalised then getting email off them to say he would correct it for me free, after waiting a week money is still pending but they have already taken it just means the bank cant do nothing until pending goes and now receiving email that the flight was actually £1330 an I had only paid deposit! I was not informed of that on either the phone or email and my invoice states fare per person and total fare £609
DO NOT USE !!!
Update
My bank have disputed this and I have just recived there evidence they sent to my bank with a different name different flights different destinations ect so they are now breaching data protection aswel and to top it off they have disappeared from all platforms online I have also contacted Emirates who have my name but my DOB birth was given to them incorrectly.
Booknfly was part of flycation
I have informed action fraud , trading standards and is now in the hands of a obudsman

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They gave a quote for £630 for a return flight from London to Islamabad. After I made the payment they sent me an email stating that £630 was the deposit and I have to pay further £600 to complete the booking. Would not let me cancel or get any refund. I am in process of suing them through the court. They hide behind the name Book-2Travel. All the sales people are Asians using fake English names. Keep well clear of them.

SCAM

This company is the backbone of several FAKE so called companies such as EuroTravels, BookNFly and Tripntour.

These brands have no legitimate company registration numbers and claim they only use FlyCation because they are Atol protected.

Today they will close EuroTravels and TripnTour because they've been found out.

Tomorrow they will create a totally different brand, all pointing to FlyCation. The brands are fake and prices are unrealistically cheap in a bid to lure you in.

AVOID at all costs.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, my advise to write a complaint to the airline company that use them. As going direct to the Airlne customer wont help as they have friends working within the airlines like British Airways. Also report them to Action fraud. The airline travel protection needs to be updated to reflect these type of scams, They need to allow you to cancel within 24 hours, for a small fee they are part of booknfly, also check they provide you with an ATOl certificate immediately after booking even with a deposit. If they dont then demand a refund by email if they dont provide a refund contact ATOl enforcement

RIPPED OFF BY THIS CONPANY

I called Flycations to book a return flight from London to Istanbul for 6 days Adalynne answered the call and scammed me by overcharging me hundreds of pounds for a short return flight. She then tried to scam me again by trying to get a further £300 more when I had wanted to extend my flight by just an extra day after I had arrived in Istanbul. Stay away from this conpany like the plague, they are desperate for coNmission. I will never book with them again neither will my family and friends. Flycations are scammers. It's so much cheaper when I book my own flights online. If I could give this conpany star zero I would have.

This company charged me around twice…

This company charged me around twice the actual price for my Easyjet flights to Kefalonia. They then REFUSED to give me a breakdown of their charges, despite a formal complaint from me. My advice is to avoid this dodgy lot like the plague.
