Executive Traveling International

This was booked for an executive in our company traveling here from Shanghai. I was very impressed with the service from our driver even before pick up. I was notified of a flight delay and called the driver to update him, but he had already been aware and communicated his plans for pick up as well as his location once he would arrive. The driver was very patient while my supervisor waited to get through customs and was very helpful from the very beginning of their interactions! My supervisor was highly impressed with the drivers positive behavior, careful driving, and wonderful communication during the trip. He was very happy with the accommodations, as was I! I will be using your services again whenever I can, and recommending you to as many others as possible. Keep up the amazing work!

Drivers were excellent / Lacked communication

2 Drivers were excellent. Ron was great! Tried their best to help arrange for all guest to get into 2 vehicles when 3 were reserved.

When calling direct line, always went to voicemail. Communication took some time to get back, especially when we were waiting for the arrival.

I ordered a SUV (paid extra) and a town car came. Women on the phone told me they use both cars, but that's not what I reserved for my guests to be comfortable.

Third SUV that I reserved never came, I received a text 5 minutes after the pick-up time that they arrived.

Unfortunately for the executives traveling, I will not be using your service in the future. I have worked with many car services and my advice would be to have more communication via text and email, and to arrive 10 minutes before pick up time.

Our chauffeurs are committed to arriving early as part of our professional standards, which is why the third chauffeur arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up and reached out to the passenger via text immediately. Unfortunately, they received no response and had difficulty reaching you on the contact number provided, which appears to have been different from the one you used to reach dispatch. Our dispatcher was also attempting to locate the third chauffeur at that time to ensure timely service.

Regarding vehicle preferences, we aim to meet specific requests, though in rare situations adjustments may be made based on availability. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations and for any inconvenience caused by these adjustments.

We understand your comments about communication preferences and are always exploring ways to enhance our response time and availability. Our team will review your suggestions, particularly regarding text and email updates, as we work to strengthen our communication practices.

Failure to pick up on return trip

The initial pickup from the airport went well. On the way from the airport, the driver assured me they would have a driver for my early return trip back to the airport. However, no one showed up for my return trip to the airport. I had to take a taxi instead. I texted the driver with no response. A refund for the return part of the trip should be granted.

I was told there was going to be a $58…

I was told there was going to be a $58 charge for additional wait time. However, upon reviewing my bill, I noticed a $78 charge. I wish I could show a screenshot to prove my point. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this car service.

This was a wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience. It was last minute and they came through. I did ask for an infant seat and they brought a booster so that was unfortunate. He was very apologetic and incredibly kind. Hopefully they won’t make that mistake again but all in all it was truly a great experience.

Used you for a long distance ride…

Used you for a long distance ride service. First time I submitted no one responded and it just timed out. Second time worked ok. Contact was made and driver was on time and professional.

Great chauffeur service, easiest booking process, best customer support

I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had. I reserved a pickup from SFO, and despite my flight being delayed, my chauffeur was already aware thanks to Bookinglane's flight tracking system. My chauffeur, Sam, was on time and promptly texted me about his arrival. He sent detailed instructions on where to meet him and then helped with my luggage. We had the most pleasant conversation. Also, their customer support is very helpful. Definitely recommend and will use their services again!
