Nothing to complain. Book had a good price and it's in mint condition. Delivery was fast. Perfect transaction. It's not the first time I use Bookis and it's not going to be the last 👍

Very bad refund service. Bookis will take money from your account right away you order a book and if the seller doesn't have the book to send you, Bookis will not pay you back the same way that recharged you. I have not got my money back still seven days after recharge for the same case like above. I don't recommend buying with Bookis.

I had many different problems with your website, when I tried to sell two books. When it comes to the website, I give max one star. When it comes to the efficient and competen supportive work of your staff, I give five stars.

Love the consept, and have sold and bought several books with great experience. But I would love to be able to rate the sellers, as I have recieved books that were not in as good a condition as the seller claimed. Dirty, stained books are not in good condition...

Definitely recommended. Easy to contact the seller, payment was secure and went smooth. Books were in good condition. Delivery was fast, about 3 days.

Easy and quick. A little confused as to use the app when having received an email-no connection there. I’m guessing this is easy to solve.

This is so easy, you can find books that are new and old ones no longer available in stores - I LOVE IT!!!

I was looking for a specific book, which I found was being sold through an individual using their website. The listed price was significantly below what I had found other users selling the book for, I therefore suspected something sketchy early on.

I contacted bookis to look into what security measures they had to prevent me, as a buyer, from being scammed. The person which answered my email ensured me that the procedure was safe and that they would have full control of me getting the book. Mainly based on that answer, and the fact that the price was so low that I would not be scammed out of a lot, I ordered the book.

My request for the book was accepted by the seller immediately, and the money subsequently drained from my account and sent to the seller. Yet what showed up at my doorstep was not the book I had bought. I contacted bookis costumer service which basically informed me that they could and would not help me, I would need to contact the seller to sort the matter out. So, yeah, that experience sucked.

Only A’s from me! The book was as expected, it arrived at my doorstep when I was told it would come. Truly satisfied!
