From the very beginning they messed up at every turn. They did not accept responsibility for their errors - from putting the blame on UPS and not acknowledging their mistakes. They gave excuses that the mistakes were due to the fact its a small business. Terrible customer service. Both my grandchildren were disappointed. I canceled the subscription as there are so many better companies to work with.
Ordered a nearly $300 subscription for grandson on 12/15/24..........still have not received first order.
when you spend that amount of money you would expect better service. highly recommend finding other subscription companies.
Shipping was prompt, and customer service was very curtious. The illustrations in were fantastic I loved the vibrant colours in their handpicked books. Whereever you go book provided a cute message about traveling through life and will be of interest for young children and older children as well. Elecopter was so adorably cute. For ages 2-6 , price wise Bookroo was cheaper than Amazon or other online sites and these books arent average books you just find anywhere! 1 book was valued at $18 & the other $19 and the box costs less than 1 of them alone! What a deal.
