Smart bundling of two books I’d already been looking out for but now at a combined lower price - Same as Ever and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. £15 including shipping. Delivery time was normal and the books received were new as described - normal page thickness so not a cheap reprint or the like. I replied to their marketing email with feedback and someone actually responded!

Only paid for standard shipping and it arrived in 2 days! Better prices than Amazon, eBay, and other book shops too. The books were a little bent but it looked like the package had been squashed in transit, so not their fault. Will definitely be buying again!

got 3 books, (usually each £10.99) for £16.99 total. Great price, great quality

Paid extra for fast delivery delivery 1/2 days. Courier failed to deliver this 3 times in a row and was delivered 5 days late. The company made absolutely no effect to rectify the situation nor could they even be bothered to finish writing their emails properly or professionally. Didn't look into where my delivery was at all and when I asked for a refund on my delivery charge they said they would process it and would be with me by the latest of the 11th. Now the 12th and no refund, no email to apologise that i haven't recieved it yet. Extremely unprofessional in their wording of their emails and complete lack of customer service. Will not purchase from them again.

Made an order, requested to cancel next day and they did so promptly. Very effective customer service.

A lovely heavy art encyclopaedia was not packaged properly. It was in an envelope with a very thin layer of bubble wrap. The courier posted it through the letterbox. The book was damaged. It is quite badly dented and the paper on the front cover and the edges are damaged. The book was £15 on eBay. The seller only gave me a refund of £3. I could not give this book as a present to my friend and I ended up buying another one. Poor.

Book arrived in poor condition despite being listed as brand new, scratches and dents on the front cover. Only offered £3 refund despite the order being £15. Asked for return postage to be covered and ignored. No further response from them. Avoid ordering from here.

Easy ordering, good prices and delivered before time

Books as described and arrived very quickly.

By mistake I put the wrong delivery address on my order. I emailed the company asking if I could cancel my order then reorder with the correct address.
I received an email very quickly saying that my order had been cancelled & my money refunded. This was done in 2 days.
I cannot fault the service.
