Zero stars, company is a scam! DO NOT USE!! If you care to ‘accept’ the so called good reviews on here you are being sucked in.. trying to get money back through the bank, unfortunately son didn’t listen to go through the right routes of booking through .gov website in the beginning and we now have to go through the pain process of recalling his money through bank…
Disgusting this website is still up and I will be taking it further….

Excellent Service! My daughter learned so much and felt very comfortable. She passed her driving test the first time, Can't say enough about this place and how efficient they are. She recommended this company many of her friends.

Scam - Lal and his accountants are scamming people. I have called their head office and they are all very evasive.
Still no test. Still no refund.

Scam website, they ask for your provisional licence number but don’t book your theory test. Possibly use the licence details for other scams - be alert! I stupidly booked this for my son and when we didn’t hear back with a date we checked them out on Trustpilot and realised we had been had. We tried to book a test through the official website but it said we already had a test booked so tried to cancel and the refund of £23 looks like it goes back on to the scammers card NOT yours!! I’ve reported to DVLA but nothing they can do.

Yup they take your money and don’t book you a test. Only place to book is DVLA website. I spoke to DVLA and they said it’s a scam site

Please, please, please AVOID this company, they will take your money (£46 instead of the £23 it really costs) and then ignore you, disgraceful company preying on young adults.

Total scam they take 45 pound from you you don't get a confirmation email nothing how do people get there money back

I payed 49pound to get 3 attempts for the test . I Field the first one now I was trying to book the second 1
But I couldn't no number no replies on many emails I've send !!!

No replies to emails, no phone number to call. I recommend not using them !

Crooked company don't help disabled people living company know one gets through to them but they take your money shame on you.

My skin crawls to give them one star just so I can write the review. They charged £45 instead of £23, then I could not cancel immediately, no email that you can send, no phone number that has correct numbers. My bank (Metro) is telling me that they can't go back beyond 120days, and I could not rebook a test as these con people did not cancel my test either. Feel horrible that such con people will get away with our money.

Obviously set out to con people, especially youngsters. Thought it was the official gov website, no contact details on website, no booking reference, a complete rip off, DO NOT USE, as misleading and criteria for free rebooks virtually impossible to qualify for as does not allow hazard awareness part of test, rubbish , SCAM

Absolute con artists. First site that pops up in Google search so thought you were booking with confidence. Due to Covid test kept getting moved but we were not getting notified, we had to log in to check and when you do it's been moved. No communication whatsoever from these people. Then when you try to rebook a failed test it won't let you upload a copy of the fail certificate says wrong format but they don't even say what format they need. Have decided to go on the DVLA site and book and pay £23 and hey presto, there are loads of dates available...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total SCAM!! I wish I had read this reviews before booking my theory test with this company. They must be laughing non-stop! They take your money and do not book anything and when trying to contact them they do not reply. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! You can book your test through the DVSA directly for half the price these thieves are charging !!

Horrible! Just waist of money and time and waiting waiting with no results. Total scam!
