Very Satisfied with our Motorized Sunshade
Our sales agent and the installation was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The customized motorized sunshade is made of high quality.
The sunshade was available in the timeframe that the Sales Agent stated it would be. However, we were a little disappointed that it took another 4 weeks for the installation team to be available for the install.
Overall, we are very pleased!

SPF exceptional service and products
I had an awning placed in my lanai about one month ago and the service people were exceptional! Following up, weeks later, I wanted help with a 'pitch' adjustment to position the screen just right from the changing sun direction, I called them again to help. They sent a service gentleman by the name of Deigo. He continued the exceptional experience, educated me further on a few 'operational' items, AND came up with a solution that was original and one I never could have imagined for another issue. He, and their entire team at SPF are perfection when it comes to installation, and customer service, from the inside to the outside team!

Process from beginning with Kyndale to final installation by Kyle was well done and I am very pleased with the results. This is the second time I have bought a screen from SPF for my home. First one was in Florida and now in South Carolina. Would do it again.

Rough Customer Service Experience
Called the company to schedule a consultation for a large residential lanai awning project. Scheduled for today between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Received an e mail and multiple texts confirming the appointment date and time.
My wife and I took time away from our business and sales person was simply a “no show” No e mail or multiple texts advising us there was a problem with our appointment today.
I contacted their sales number and was told the salesperson was not returning their own calls. Sales agent said we will offer you an exclusive $250 discount, the same discount in their advertisement in their add in “The Home Mag Tampa east, issue 7, 2026.
Understandably that things come up, but such an easy solve to pro actively contact the customer. Not a great day off for us and a lost sale for SPF Screens & Awnings.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I had a confirmed appointmetn on 6/18/26 from 10am to 12pm. I arranged my schedule to accommodate this windows. No one showed up and thus, my time was completely wasted. In an industry where there are so many competitor companies, this company runs terribly. Don't waste your time and just pick another company.
