Thank you Bookvault!

Bookvault is growing fast and experiencing some growing pains, so sometimes they get things wrong, but they work very hard to make things right and never repeat an error. They recently went above and beyond for me, to ensure a customer got an order in time for Christmas, and my customer was absolutely thrilled. The staff are lovely, thank you to Kaleigh, Curtis, Tom, and Aaron are some of the lovely people who have served and cared for me and I'm grateful. Keep up the great work, Bookvault!

Terrible experience!! Avoid Bookvault!

Terrible experience!!!!
Do not rely on Bookvault: extremely high costs, nonexistent distribution, endless delivery times, and awful customer service! Never again!!

I printed and ordered a book and chose the cheapest shipping option because the costs were already very high. This shipping method is untracked.
After three weeks, the package still hasn’t arrived. Customer service doesn’t know where it is, doesn’t know which courier is handling it, and takes no responsibility at all.

If the package gets lost, there is no way to trace it and no possibility of a refund.
Making sure that the items they sell actually reach the customer is clearly not their concern.

I am truly disappointed.

Do not use if you’re not experienced in editing

I’m sure this site is great for those who have a clue about editing and designing. As an indie author this was not the case on my experience. I arranged for a call which I didn’t get the link until ten minutes before the call, which could be improved for customer experience. During the call I was speaking with a lovely lady. I was under the impression that a special edition would be designed for me and asked several times. Once paid and going through the website it was the complete opposite what we had discussed. The company themselves were supportive but when I tried to contact the person who said they would help me. Radio silence. Like any company there is things that could be improved on to make this a better experience for customers. But I was given a credit note very quickly when asked.

Title: Superb Print Quality and Exceptional Customer Support

My experience with BookVault has been excellent from start to finish. As an artist publishing a book containing detailed watercolour landscapes, I needed a printer capable of handling subtle colours, fine detail, and high-quality materials. BookVault exceeded my expectations.

The print quality is exceptional, crisp, vibrant, and true to the original artwork. The paper, materials, and binding all feel premium and perfectly suited to an art-led book.

I also want to highlight the outstanding support I received from Arron Lovett. Throughout the process, Arron guided me with patience, clarity, and genuine care. Whenever I needed help, he was there with solutions and reassurance, making the entire production journey smooth and professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend BookVault to anyone publishing a high-quality book.

Quaility Product, Reliable Support

As an indie author, I use BookVault to print and deliver paperbacks to my readers via my direct buy store. I also purchase them directly for events. The set up and use is intuitive, the quality of the paperbacks is topnotch, and whenever I've run into small glitches (about once a year), customer service response is swift and informative and solves the issue. I use Payhip for my direct buy store and BookVault interfaces cleanly and easily. (For reference, I'm a US-based author).

I've used a ton of different apps and services as an indie author, with mixed results. BookVault works and is well supported and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

The Customer Service is really good

The Customer Service is really good. Curtis in particular has been super helpful. The print quality is good and delivery options are very flexible too. Would throughly recommend, and I will be continuing to use going forward.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. Originally contacted them about something that turned out to be my fault! Having corrected my error, I needed to place another order, which happened to coincide with a Bookvault site maintenance issue, so that got screwed up. The whole issue was sorted out by Tom (not AI) within a few days. Cannot praise him enough, and am reasonably sure any others who work there are to the same standard. Well done.

Bookvault Consistently excellent service and quality

I’ve been ordering from Bookvault for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed with their service. My most recent order arrived in just one week — much faster than usual — and the print quality was excellent.

What truly sets Bookvault apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. On the rare occasions when the quality wasn’t perfect, their support team immediately took action and reprinted the copies free of charge. Their professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding every single time.

Excellent all round service from Bookvault

I have been using bookvault for several years now, and have produced 12 books with them. The quality of the finished product is consistently excellent, and customer service second to none. On the few occasions that there have been any issues (normally with the courier, NOT bookvault), they have been extremely helpful and recently reprinted a lost package at a cost to themselves. This was overseen by Tom Morgan at bookvault who has been an excellent communicator and extremely helpful.

I would not hesitate to recommend bookvault to anyone looking for swift and efficient service in producing their work.

I have been publishing for several years now but just discovered bookvault recently and I wish I users them sooner. What a phenomenal company. The print quality is incredible, way better than IS or Amazon. We just opened an author store and I love the bookvault integration with Shopify. It was easy to set up.
I have to mention how wonderful the customer service is! They are super responsive and helpful and so so nice. I had issues with one of the titles and Arron Lovett fixed it within hours ( and was so kind in our communication). Love this company.

Customer service was FANTASTIC

Customer service was FANTASTIC. Everything came packaged really really well and it arrived on time! The only thing was some of the printing was not as bright and saturated as I hoped but that could have simply been because of my choice of paper. Regardless I will be working with them again!

Fantastic service for authors

Bookvault customer service is fantastic - engaged and proactive. A book wasn't packed correctly and Kayleigh immediately ordered a re-print. I love the fact that I'm communicating with real people, not AI. Their printing quality is miles better than Amazon, and they're constantly improving their service (for example adding production partners in other countries, and adding bespoke services). Bookvault rock!

I was very excited about working with…

I was very excited about working with Book Vault as an author of over 30 books, ebooks and audiobooks, but my first online consultation was canceled day of and replaced with impromptu options. I didn't think this was a good way to start a business relationship.

I personally love the bookvault app

I personally love the bookvault app. It is easy most of the time and when you get things moving, it flows very well. The prices are absolutely excellent and the most competitive in the business! Highly recomended!

Been using this site for over a year today Curtis Argrave assisted me in solving an issue I’ve had for a few weeks… the reason it took so long was me coordinating because I live in Los Angeles and I had to choose a time when I could stay up late as they are in Europe… thx Curtis

Great service!

I have been using Bookvault linked to Shopify for over a year now, and have found them to be fantastic. The quality is great and much more consistent than KDP. Also, Kayleigh Cliffe is fantastic and always a huge help if I ever need anything! I've found they always put the customer first which is a huge thing for me so I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

First time using Bookvault and I cannot fault it! Kayleigh Cliffe in particular is a star and has guided me through what I though would be an issue, with ease and complete professionalism. After loading on my book data, there was a slight trim error which I assumed would cause me a headache - but no, Kayleigh had actually spotted it before I had and was already had a plan to rectify. Less than one week later and I have a batch of books on their way to me that have now passed Kayleigh's keen eye for detail. Would highly recommend using Bookvault their customer service alone, without mentioning the quality they provide is top notch.
