The site is good for what it does
The site is good for what it does. You can conveniently book appointments online without having to call but then the places you book will cancel on you despite already receiving a confirmation text or email a few days earlier. And there was never a reason as to why they cancelled, just that they couldn't fit you in anymore. This is what would happen to me so I don't use it.
