Card did not explode

Card did not explode, confetti was just laying flat when the box was opened.

3D card is cute, but the printing is pretty bad.

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the product malfunction. Unfortunately, this can happen on a very rare occasion, either due to the product getting damaged in transit or sometimes it may be opened incorrectly. On an extremely rare occasion it may malfunction due to the faulty rubber band. I can assure you that all of our 3D Cube Cards are tested prior to packing. They are all handmade by our team with 6+ years of experience in Reading. That said, we do take full responsibility for this, and we can see that the full refund has been issued.

As for the printing concern, this is surprising because our printer is very powerful to handle the volumes that we are printing on a daily basis, and we purchase the highest quality Norwegian paper. We have therefore checked the images that you uploaded and the quality is visually grainy with 96 dpi (with 300 dpi being the recommended quality) and 825x825 pixels (moderate to low resolution, especially tricky for printing). The quality of the uploaded images is sadly outside of our control. If the original images are, for example, grainy, dark, pixelated, blurry, or unclear, the end result will reflect that. It's operationally impossible for us to check and enhance every single image, even though we wish we could find a solution for that.

We hope that the above information sheds light on the print quality.

Please accept our apologies once again, it was never our intention to disappoint you. We do hope that you give us another chance in the future, taking into account the recommendations in terms of the quality of the images you upload (please consider at least 300 dpi and 1500px quality).

I bought a pop-up card from Boomf for my friend and it was honestly amazing. The quality was fantastic and the pop-up design was such a fun surprise—it really made the card feel special and memorable. My friend absolutely loved it, and it felt so much more personal than a normal card. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived exactly as expected. I’d definitely use Boomf again for special occasions and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different.

Very helpful!!

If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered card on the 5 January. My son's birthday on the 23 January. Card only dispatched on the 19th January. Complained to customer service. They told ne I was confused over the dates.
Have all my dates and emails re same. Still no card. No apology etc. Requested refund. Still no response.

It appears to us that when placing your original order, you confused the dispatch date with the delivery date, which happens and it's understandable to confuse the two. Our operational process is designed to give our customers flexibility over when their orders are dispatched, so that they can plan in advance. Our production team then assemble the orders once they are printed prior to the chosen dispatch date. The whole process around the dispatch date is automated and we are physically unable to tell whether you meant for your order to be dispatched straight away if you choose a different dispatch date during the checkout process.

That said, we completely understand that you no longer want to receive your order. We will therefore issue a refund. Please accept our sincere apologies for any misunderstanding. As mentioned, the dispatch date system is meant for the benefit of our customers, and it certainly upsets us when it does the opposite.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I noticed just after completing my order that I had put the wrong address. I emailed customer service and asked if it was possible to change the address, this was changed without any dramas which has saved me additional postage costs. Thanks Boomf, much appreciated!

Great Customer Service Experience

Avoid to use them

They have sent my items to another address and when contacting them to make it right they haven't answered to me at all. Basically I have paid for the items and lost them because of their deficiency.
