Two valuations booked almost instantly!
Arranged a smart valuation which returned three separate valuations from three different estate agents in under an hour! We then went on to book two valuations which are booked in for three days time. Such an easy website to use and the process was really quick, it took about 5 minutes to do the smart val and everything else was instant. Much better than calling three estate agents and trying to arrange valuations over the phone!

SmartVal was created to give you a more accurate assessment of valuation when compared to a digital valuation which is based purely on an algorithm and is often very inaccurate. We obtain more information than any digital valuation and we provide a lot of additional market data to the agent. You will recall that you choose the agent and therefore it is your decision who provides the valuation and who will contact you. The local knowledge of the agent and what is happening in the local market is often crucial to what price can be achieved for a property. SmartVal gives you access to that local expertise. Once you have had a SmartVal you can easily book the agent to come out to your property whereupon they will give you a more detailed on-site assessment.
