Good service and great to get local opinion. Local agent followed up and I replied to attempt to arrange a valuation but sadly no reply 5 days later, not the fault of Boomin.

No contact means no contact!
The actual valuation tool is very easy to use and you get very quick responses from the chosen estate agents. However, I ticked the ‘do not contact’ box for all the estate agents, yet all 3 of them contacted me. One even called me on the phone the following morning - which happened to be a Saturday - at 8:30 am. This is unacceptable behaviour and I not going to use the services of that estate agent for sure.
