Attentive proactive service

Kathryn went the extra mile and did more than sterling work in getting a start to finish remortgage completed in under 28 days which is going some. When she was on holiday Luke was also very helpful.

Adam has been superb with my remortgage. He was always there if I needed to ask a question, and he was always willing to help in any way. The service is absolutely fantastic. I got my mortgage offer within a few weeks and it looks to complete this coming week. Outstanding!
