Jay, has been really helpful in getting my mortgage application sorted and would reccomend him to anyone looking for some advice. This is the second time i have used Boon Brokers and they have great access to the lending market and in my experience can obtain better deals than other brokers available.

Josh has been helping us for over a year now, our sellers kept pulling out and it hasn't been easy but Josh has been very responsive, quick, patient and supportive.

One day the top of chain pulled out right before we were all ready to exchange, we were very sad and deflated, over the phone Josh tried to cheer us up. He is so kind and sweet.

We had talked with some other brokers too and believe he really got us the best product, lowest rate and no additional fees. We finally exchanged!
