DO NOT USE BOOST INFINITE EVER!

I have had a horrible three days I ordered a iPhone 15 didn’t like how small it was so when I activated the account I tried to order two more phones with adding two more lines and wasn’t able to add on lines was instructed to contact the bing and credit department email and was treated horribly. They told me that as a paying customer they couldn’t tell me why I was unable to add on lines only that there was an issue and that I am welcome to try again. The reps have no info on anything even though they are nice. This whole company is built on lies and false advertising I am 100% dissatisfied. Mind you this is only three days of having them that I couldn’t talk to someone and get my questions answered. I am canceling and sending phone back.

Terrible experience from jump.

Terrible experience from jump.
Constantly Out Of Service randomly and when I canceled the service with Boost Infinite, they waited edit: almost a full 30 days to unlock my cell phone for a new company, in spite of giving me a port code to transfer my service elsewhere. They will apologize that it is inconvenient and do nothing to avoid it or change it. BeWARE

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! Service was fine for a couple weeks then the connection got so bad that people couldn't hear me and vice-versa; then the phone wouldn't accept my password (my guess because of the poor reception in the middle of Dallas!) and it LOCKED ME OUT over and over again until it was permanent and the Boost rep told me it was a problem with the iPhone 15 itself. After 1.5 hours of double- and triple-troubleshooting at the Apple store, they said the phone wasn't the problem. Of course, by now I'm past my 30-day return period and all Boost kept tell me was that the 30-day window to return had passed. BTW this is my first ever bad review for any business or product. To ID my # is: 9452593729 but, of course, it doesn't work.

Total Lack of Customer Service

There are WAY more negative reviews across the internet than positive ones. I wished I had read reviews some before "trying" to become a customer. In my case, the activation process was a nightmare. Five reps over 3 days tried. The 6th figured out that I didn't get the right sim card. Twice I was told that they would send me another, but they were never received. I found that their policy is to start charging for service upon what looks like activation even tho it never happens. I have charges for service that I didn't get and now am having some issues with getting those reversed due to horrible customer service. What is even worse is that they made me pay shipping for the return of a phone that I purchased thru them. it is an 18 month old company that was purchased by Dish. Apparently, starting off badly with many customers. There are way too many "$25-dollar-month" companies to choose from than this one.

I have been trying to process a payment…

I have been trying to process a payment for 3 days and all i get is a error after a error and when i contact the support they told me to use different payment options which I already did use 3 US banks payment methods + paypal and nothing work. When I reached put to the support again they told that they can’t do anything without mentioning any farther details. And I'm willing to show a screenshot of the email I received and I'm still stuck with the issue. I’m switching to a different provider after less than 3 months of signing up. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced

Nightmare experience

I was with Republic for many years with zero technical issues. Unfortunately they were sold to Boost and it's been a nightmare. At one point the voicemail app started rewriting over saved messages and the only fix was to reinstall the app (all saved messages were gone). Since then there have been random deletions of my hotspot and have spent HOURS with tech support to have it restarted only to get texts after a few days saying it was being removed again. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from Boost!

Insufficient Coverage, No WiFi Calling, Admitted to lack of infrastruture

My cellular service/coverage is terrible. They literally just told me they have a limited infrastructure in my area (the Tampa Bay area is a major metropolitan area). They have no information as to when the proper infrastructure will be put in place. They stated to me that because of their lack of sufficient cell service in my area, they don't have the ability to communicate the information to enable WiFi calling to my device. They have lied to me on multiple occasions at the onset of me signing up with them. If I opt out of my service, I will have to completely pay off the new iPhone 15 Pro Max in total at the termination of the service in order to unlock the phone to use with another service provider as well as not hurt my credit rating.

The worst carrier we've had so far

The worst carrier we've had so far.
First of all, yes, they use 3 networks but the networks are assigned automatically when you sign up and are not possible to change. That being said, we transferred our service from Tmobile due to weak signals and now we are assigned to Tmobile network at Boost, with a even weaker signal! Boost has no power to change the network. They are clueless.
Second, now we are porting out all our lines from Boost and it's a total nightmare. Boost make it difficult by giving wrong port-out PIN. After a few calls with Boost and long waits, multiple transfers, finally got the correct PIN but this is not the end. After transferring the numbers, Boost does not approve/release the numbers at first hand. They make you wait. I had to call to ask them to release/push the number through. Its been a month, we still have one number that's not transferred!

It is unfortunate

It is unfortunate, I had high hopes. I can't review the device that I was charged for ,as I never received it. It has been a gauntlet and an odyssey since the day I signed the agreement. When I got the email that my device had shipped it clearly was going to the wrong address, so I contacted them immediately because the error was definitively theirs UPS was doing their job correctly. But , OF COURSE,I was told nothing could be done until the package was delivered, ticket submitted, blah blah ,so I called UPS , they opened an investigation quoting 8 day turn around on that and was told to contact the shipper, oh how fun a merry go round endless loop of nonsense. In the mean time I'll just track the shipment and watch it get delivered and signed for by an innocent victim , Sorry Sanchez , I'm sure you were confused. And now today I call Boostinfinite (must stand for infinite loop of headaches and nonsense) to check status on ticket. Was told that package is now return to shipper status and my order will be cancelled and I will receive a refund when they get the device back. It might seem like first world problems and I sure hate to complain about anything less than blatant human rights violations but from my first inquiry to paying money for the order, signing a contract (autopay required) then watching helplessly ,my purchase gallivanting across country ,while being ping ponged around the "back office " of boost and ups here's how I fared . I gave boost my money I received a loss of the time of the deal, from inquiry to cancellation , and as of yet no refund , and quite possibly a pending auto draft if things were not closed out as was told. I am thankful that it has made me realize I do not need the expensive device and definitely do not need to be in a contract with them . I also partake in services from the companies other affiliates ie. dish and sling, which I am going to consider eliminating from my life. The saga is not concluded until I receive the refund and confirm AGAIN that the contract is cancelled. I am sorry for the trauma dumping and ranting, like I said first world problems, but if it saves one life a bit of stress and misery you can label me a drama queen. I will track the package praying for it's safe journey back to boost while they what ,I don't know, babysit my money for me? I could have done without all that. Update pending.

This company is horrible. Supposed to use 3 different phone companies. I know 2 are strong where I live but it is dropped call after dropped call or screaming back and forth I can't hear you. Driving in a metropolitan area and loose all bars. Text don't want to go through.

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would. The customer service agent LIED to me and said my order was cancelled after I had it shipped to the wrong address. They reassured me THREE times that the order was cancelled and I would be refunded. I literally said “just to confirm, this won’t be shipped right?” and they very firmly said “Yes, it will not be shipped”. Turns out, it was shipped and now I have to file a police report for theft and dispute my credit card just to get my money back. DO NOT USE BOOST!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES!!!!

I had service with Boost infinite for about 9 months. My SIM card suddenly failed and I immediately called customer service who assured me one would be sent out that day on a 2 day ship. Over a week later and still no SIM card I fall and am left on ceramic floor for 22 hrs alone because I have a failed SIM card and they lied about sending one at all. I reach out and their answer was oh we will send u one now, and he lets call u to talk more. How can I call with no sim!! Then I paid for 2 weeks service I did not receive and they blew me off. This is a lawsuit! They knew of my medical need for a new SIM card and they boldfaced lied to me about when it would be sent and that it was sent at all. Don’t use BOOST!

BE AWARE

Please be aware of this company. I ordered a phone from them that I never received. I went through EVERY SINGLE step they told me and they still refuse to refund me and are charing me the monthly payment even though I have no service with them. Today they tried to charge the remaining amount of the phone and luckily my credit card company thought it was fraud. Maybe this will block future payments. I see that I am not the only one who is getting charged for a phone they never received. Report these practices to the FCC so a proper investigation can take place!

Can’t call out can’t accept calls they have billed me for 2 months and I have had the phone for about 10 days. Customer service is absolutely no help at all. Read a bunch of reviews all very bad same complaints that I have. We should all get together and file a complaint with dish. Get an attorney to represent all of us and make the appropriate claims.

Don't do business with Boost Infinite!!!

Boost Infinite (auto-draft) only Account. Don't use this company! They drafted extra money from my account, and when I called to ask what was going on; I was told that they didn't see the transaction in their system. It was definitely taken from my account by them! On top of that, I actually got an email stating that they would be drafting the same amount on 2/17/24. However, my billing due date is 2/19/24! They don't have their stuff together, and the right hand obviously doesn't know or care what the left hand is doing. You can get Boost Infinite by allowing them to draft $ from your checking account. They will steal from you. Don't let this happen to you.

If I could rate this company a zero

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Worst company I've ever dealt with. After 7 months of service with no issues, my service just stopped. Dealt with their tech support for 2 months (without service) with no resolution (they would not return calls and I had to call for follow ups). At the end of it, they told me it was my phone and that I need to buy a phone from them. I relented and when I got it, their phone also did not work. They made me pay for return of phone and they would not reimburse me for time without service (called them for reimbursement for 2 additional months to no avail).

Attempted to switch cell service

Attempted to switch cell service to Boost Infinite. Was told it could take up to 4 hours to port our existing numbers over from current provider. After multiple chats & email correspondence with their "manager", it was 28 hours later and they still didn't request the release of my number. Also had the wrong phone number that they were "attempting" to port over. I brought this to their attention, it apparently doesn't matter.
This is by far,the WORST customer service experience I have had.
Don't waste your time or money on them.

Do not waste your time with this…

Do not waste your time with this company. We had Republic Wireless and had no problems. Ever since the migration to Boost Infinite, we have had several tickets put in to get my phone working. My phone will not connect to wifi and we live in a rural area, so wifi is necessary. Tonight we called to see what the status of the last ticket was - which was put in 6 weeks ago. Was told that the ticket was closed. We have wasted hours of our time on the phone trying to get things resolved. I would give a 0 if I could.

Terrible coverage. Changed from boost mobile to boost infinite. boost moblie has way better coverage than infinite. It is always buffering in locations where I never had problems with Boost. Went with infinite cause of promotion of free iphone.Puro bull your paying for it. There is no such thing as unlimited data. Read the fine print. As soon as I can I am going back to Boost moblie. Have had phone for one month. If i could I would cancel asap
