Zero customer service
I had republic for 8 years with no problems. Then when boost infinite took over they cheated me and sent a sim card 6 days after my phone went dead. Stay clear of this company , ripoff !

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.

Did not work out for me
On 11/25 at 11:30 AM I started to switch from Xfinity Mobile to Boost Infinite for the great price and getting 10 extra gigs of Data. All was going well so I thought. The last step was to download the Boost App and power down the phone and insert the new SIM card they sent me a couple days earlier that I got in 2 days after placing the order. I was told after I put the new SIM card in the Boost APP would come up and do whatever it is that it does, and I would get a call from him (the rep I was on the phone with for well over an hour) in an hour or so to make sure everything was working.
This is where everything went wrong. My phone said there was no SIM card installed. I took it out and put it back in several times with the same result. Now I have no phone at all and got online to talk to Tech Support. I'm pretty sure I was talking to a real person this time (more on that later) and we determined that I received a bad SIM card and they would send me a new one in 2 business days. It was now after 6 PM so I spent over 6 hours on the phone and online. This was on a Saturday so I figured it would get here on Tuesday. It did not come and I got no tracking info like I did for the first one either. So Wednesday after I did not get the new card I got online again, but now I am pretty sure I was talking to a Bot or AI. It asks the same questions over and over and the one time I got back to Tech Support it said there was no way for me to get help unless I provided my account # which I did not have or need the other times I talked to them. Another reason I feel sure I am talking with a machine is after I send a lengthy text to them, Immediately after sending it the dots start flowing like they are typing back. There is no way a real person could have read all that I wrote and start responding. And while they are "typing" if you add something else in a short 1 line sentence it does not even respond to the main BIG question I wrote to begin with. It would say things like "I know this can be frustrating" and many other stupid things.
Finally on Thursday night I got the new SIM card from UPS 2nd Day Air. Put the new SIM card in and now my phone tells me I need an unlock code. To back up a bit, I went to the Xfinity store on Tuesday to make sure my phone was not locked because someone at work told me it could be locked, and he showed me on my phones screen it was unlocked. Back online with "Tech Support" and go through the AI Bot crap again for over an hour with no results. I never got an email from Boost Infinite except for the automated ones. I even sent 2 emails the previous Sunday to them asking for help naming my Reps name who was helping me and got nothing back.
So I went back to Xfinity yesterday. I had no phone for a week exactly. Worst technical experience of my life.
If you depend on wifi calling do not…
If you depend on wifi calling do not use this service. I have a moto g stylus 5g that wifi calling worked 0n consumer cellular. Now after 2 hours on phone and chatting with unknowledgable techs they say it's the att sim card problem. Asked for T-Mobile card and they refuse.
Boost LOST my phone number, and can't recover it!
We had to port our phone from Republic Wireless to Boost Infinite. We did the port on Sept 29. New SIM, provided credit card, was charged for Oct; everything seemed fine. Then on Nov 1, the phone got cut off. Boost support could not explain it, could not fix it. No phone for 3 weeks, then I finally got a new phone, new # at a new carrier. I have been trying to PORT my old phone number for 4 weeks, Boost, finally gave me a PORT OUT PIN yesterday, but then it didn't work when I tried to port my number. Still trying to get it fixed!
Overcharged
Boost Infinite bought out Republic Wireless (the service I was previously using). When Boost raised the price, I canceled my account. The representative "accidentally" didn't submit my cancelation, and I was charged for two additional months.
I found someone at boost infinite who…
I found someone at boost infinite who knows how to get things done. Demetrius was customer service King. He made my process to return to my old carrier. Ported out my phone to my carrier. He tried to get me changed my mind. He knows the product he represents, looking for options. When you have an angry customer an extremely good sense of humor goes a long ways. He deserves a raise and be head of customer service. He know sales. Excellent customer service. Thanks Demetrius your Help. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Excellent service
Activation required tech support. But they were very helpful and got my phone activated quickly. I left Verizon and couldn't be happier. I have service in places Verizon doesn't. I'm adding a second line. Hopefully that one goes a smoothly as this one does.

I got services for 3 weeks they dropped the phone I brought, sent 3 Sim cards out trying to restore my services before they told me ATT didn't accept my phone anymore,I explained I had no other phone and couldn't afford to buy another one and now was screwed because I ported my number. They continued to take money out of my account for months and now are refusing to give my money back.called many times and heard a number of lies and they assured me I had a ticket for refund. It's been another month waiting and still no refund. Pathetic. The worst company I've dealt with. They will eventually give my money back because I won't rest til they do
No phone service....nothing but problems.
We got migrated to Boost Infinite after they bought out Republic Wireless, who we had a great experience with for several years. When we moved over, my husband and son both had service. I however, was unable to make or receive phone calls, though my phone worked in every other way. I went through hours of troubleshooting with various customer service people and remained unable to make or receive calls for weeks. One of them said that switching my phone to a new network and getting a new sim card would fix the problem so I waited to receive one in the mail. Then I called back, on my son's phone, to get everything fixed. And the person says mam that won't work. I was like what do you mean it won't work. It's what you all said would fix the problem. It wasn't my idea. He's like I'd like to do some troubleshooting to see if we can't get you service. And I was like, NO. I've already done hours of troubleshooting. I'm like, so what you are telling me is you all don't know how to fix the problem. Then.....crickets. And finally, yes mam. So I said I guess I need to talk to my husband and look into getting another provider for phone service, because you can't fix the issue. And he's like. I guess so. I'm sorry.
Then after we got new service and cancelled, I had to call back and fix a billing issue.
I've had only bad experiences with them and would never recommend them. In fact, I'd tell everyone to run in the opposite direction.
Not truly unlimited - Data Stops working
Not truly unlimited. They capped me after using 55GB. I use my phone for work and always rely on the maps and iMessages for iPhone. I can’t use any data after 55GB. They say it’s a tower down in my area but I drive all over the city and it doesn’t work even an hour away from my house. I want to return this iPhone 15 and just go back to T-Mobile. I’ve been a customer for only 3 weeks and already lost data. I haven’t been able to use my phone on data without WiFi for 3 days. They say they don’t know when it will be fixed.
Transfer pin !! But they csncel
I tell them I’m going to cancel mi service need a transfer code and my account number to move back to cricket but they cancel my account now 1 week w out of service 25 years w same number now I don’t have service!! Fckers !!! I’m really mad 😡 I’m then
No help for over 2 months.
Since September 1, 2023, I have been without service from BI a total of 39 days and counting. I've decided to move on but BI will not unlock my phone or port my number, in violation of federal law. I have no outstanding balance with Boost. When I call in, a recording says that my account is suspended and that I owe $0.00 and would I like to pay. Run away from Boost Infinite. One other thing, I've reported Boost to the FCC for failing to unlock my phone and for not porting my number. So far, the FCC has opened a ticket and has contacted BI. I am to be contacted by BI for resolution. The FCC will follow up in 30 days. On an optimism scale of 0 to 100, I'm at minus 100.
The network is always down
Saw a good deal with infinite so I went with it. Got my SIM card, all good, switched phone, all good. I even got a new number (something I asked for) well now here's where it starts.
I got my new number, but it was someone else's number. I would message people and when they text back it went to someone else's phone. So I had to get issued a new number.
Now with that fixed my issue now is very frustrating. Even as I type this I'm looking up at my data bar and it's empty with an "x" by it. This happens every morning and now throughout my day. Service just drops. I have to manually go in and select a network which only lasts a couple hours before it disconnects.
I called customer service (when my network works) and they have no idea what the issue is (same with the issue with my number being shared). They even said im in a strong network area. They say 'update the phone' etc. Nothing. I miss texts, calls, all of it.
It's a great deal but this network is crap. What's the point in saving money when your network sucks?
Horrible servic
This company started out great but now I would give it 0 stars if possible after only 4 days. We have no cellular service for our phones so unless on WiFi or calling another iPhone we cannot make calls, not to an android or landline and customer service had zero resolution. When I called regarding another issue ( battery dying in less than 8 hrs), I was informed the protection I paid 12.99 for is not on my line. Customer service representatives have no clue how to resolve any issues. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
We should report this to BBB
We should report this to BBB. Oh my i should not switched to boost infinite coz this network really really bad. Poor signal always SOS and the connectivity is really bad 😡. Pls dont even try it or else it will give you headache. Their customer service is not good they cannot help you. They will tel you we will try to fix it and wait for 24hrs to resolve it but never get resolve so annoying. So dont even try or else it will get worse 😡
Stole over $100 from me for phone…
Stole over $100 from me for phone service I never received, because my phone doesn't even work with their network (even though they told me twice that it did). Called them twice to request a refund and they still won't return it. Awful company
I Have been without a phone for 11 day…
I Have been without a phone for 11 day because of 2 bad sim cards. I have been getting nothing but the run around. And they have the nerve to take a payment. When I message them they say my ticket has been updated. The worst customer service. I just need my phone already!
Watch out for the false claims
Watch out for the hidden fees and false ads. The free iPhone is not free , you have to sign a 36 month contract with both a soft and hard check on your credit plus if anything happens and the contract is cancelled your responsabile for the entire cost of the phone. That's not free and a flat out lie about what their offering.
