I ordered an aluminium print to withstand steam in the bathroom. The ordering process was easy, the delivery was prompt and we were delighted with the product - and then we noticed the scratch on the picture.
However, I emailed Boots customer service with some photos of the flaw and the picture was remade and sent to us within a few days. The second picture was flawless and looks lovely on our wall. Excellent customer service!
So I have awarded 4, rather than 5, stars only because the product should have been undamaged in the first place.

Easy to navigate their website & purchase prints for my photos. Also has good warnings about the cropping of photos.

I always use you to develop my photos. It is easy to do and the photos are a really good quality. The price is reasonable too.

Ordered a baby photobook for my 1 year old daughter with photos of her family and some friends. It was a little slow to arrive and there was a minor printing flaw on one page but the creator tool was really easy to use and the book itself is a unique product that has gone down really well in our house. The pages are nice and thick card, and the ring binding works well. Slightly pricey for a baby book but as it is a unique custom product I was happy to pay it.

I sent a smal, image expecting a modest enlargement. What I got was my image as before.
Cannnot do enlargements! Best to shut down the services

honestly? pretty poor. it did get the job done (eventually) but after multiple trips, delays, a janky website, a badly-designed app and a misleading discount, I wouldn’t recommend. Unless, however, you are really in a pinch time-wise like I was in which case photos printed within 4 hours. Not bad quality to be fair but quite expensive.

Great choice of sizes and textures, service was quite fast, I think it was more the delivery company. Boots sent them within a couple of days. Great quality, already in frames, great memories to treasure

This service is generally good, though there are occasional problems.

I sent a waterproof camera with a film in it - only to be told that there was no film in the camera . There was definitely a film in it when we sent it
