I love their customer service which the…

I love their customer service which the most important part of any business. Once I’ve completed my purchase they have sent me an email personally from one of the owners to thank me for the my business.
To me this more important than even the product itself.

Requested a refund 2 months ago...

i have requested a refund and have not heard from them for a whole month. Their customer service team sends autoreplies so you are not being helped by an actual customer service agent.

I wish I could give Zero stars. HORRIBLE Customer Service and poor quality of swim suits.

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. HORRIBLE quality swimsuits and even worse Customer Service. I ordered 4 swim suits for a vacation over 3 weeks before my vacation. All were shipped separately and none arrived in time. Either the sizing of the suits does not match normal XS, S, M, etc..or Bootyswim's Size Chart Guide that they provide is WAY off. I had many issues with my suits but one has still not arrived. I have been back and forth with Bootyswims Customer Service (worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with in my entire life, yes even worse than at the DMV) and I have asked for a refund each email sent to them for the swim suit that never arrived. Every response I receive back 4-8 days later is for me to "Contact my local Post Office to see if they have it." First off, I live in one of the biggest cities in the Nation, there are 8 "local" post offices in my area and you expect me to do the work that your Customer Service Team should be doing and going on a manhunt looking for my swimsuit? No. That is not how successful and good businesses run. I paid for a delivery to MY HOUSE, not my "local post office". And Bootyswim now lost my swimsuit and is telling me to take more time than I already have back and forth with their horrible Customer Service team to find where they messed up shipping my swim suit? I am appalled at the stupidity this company is run.

Here is some Business 101 lessons to Bootyswim - when you make a mistake on your end, FIX IT by taking credibility and making it right for your customer. Not expecting your customer to do your work for you and refusing to refund them for products that were never delivered. They refuse to give me a refund on my swim suit and I can promise they will NOT be in business much longer.

Fraudulent and unethical company

The pictures on the website are not accurately shown. When I received my bikini that was different from the one pictured, I emailed the company to get a refund. They gave me two options: I can keep the product for a 60% refund or I can get a full refund but I have to pay return shipping (from the US to Spain!!?!). That is crazy! They shipped me a product that was DIFFERENT than the one pictured and I am expected to pay for the return shipping?! Then when I posted a negative comment on their site reviews to say how the bikini isn't accurately described, they deleted the comment. Very unethical and fraudulent company. Will be filing a report.
