Borough Wines began life as a small stall on London’s Borough Market in 2002. Today there are eight Borough Wines Shops London–wide, with another in the seaside town of Hastings. Our wholesale arm Borough Wines Imports supplies the on–trade and independent retailers, including over ten Borough Wines Corners nationwide. The range is still handpicked, but now contains over three hundred wines—including a number of natural, organic and biodynamic bottles—as well as a diverse selection of local and international craft beers and boutique spirits. Borough Wines also pioneered the environment (and wallet!) friendly wine and beer refill system.

Ordered a special tasting pack on a…

Ordered a special tasting pack on a Saturday to accompany a live IG tasting on a Thursday. Pack took 11 days to arrive. CS reply took 24 hours (same time zone) and was helpful/apologetic. I was offered 15% discount on future purchases which presupposes I will order from them again. More appropriate response would be part or whole refund.

Great quality stock and prompt delivery

Another lovely box of my favourite prosecco, carefully packaged and sent out on time. I do love this company, and the way they work. Only sad I'm no longer living around the corner from one of their shops - thank goodness for delivery :)

Overall my experience was good

Overall my experience was good, and delivery was prompt. I ordered a bottle of wine for my partner to be sent to her apartment near the shopfront in Hackney. She was greeted by someone who I assume works at the shopfront and is not a delivery person, and was handed the bottle of wine unpackaged and no order receipt. Not a big deal, but I would've liked for her to receive a package with a small message I had written which would have appeared on the receipt. I did pay 5 quid for shipping (unavoidable as I live in Australia), so providing a complete and professional delivery service would have been appreciated in this instance. The online store has good variety and would probably order from there again, just maybe honour the delivery service next time ;)

Great tasting session.

Great tasting session.

Really enjoyable evening, a nice selection of wines and food to try. Very knowledgeable hosts, would definitely recommend.

First time buyer......

First time buyer from here and introduction was through a sommelier session. We had 6 different wines and the host was very knowledgeable. Love the wines, will use again.

Excellent service and good wine selection starting at a reasonable price. As Amazon takes over the world it's great to have a local company doing deliveries.
