Bought a new washing machine, worked and bug on the first washing cycle, then refuse to start saying the door isn't locked. Customer service (paid of course and after being redirected 3 times) tells me they will have to send a technician in 5 days, great for a high end product
I ordered several capsules of seeds for my Bosch SmartGrow hydroponic garden, but many of them arrived empty--no seeds could be found anywhere inside the capsules, and certainly nothing sprouted. Customer service promised to send replacements, but that was over two years ago, and they have done nothing. When I ask, they promise again, but never send anything.
I went to open my Bosch dishwasher this morning and the dishwasher locked all on its own.
Unable to pry it open. I have had issues with the oven, the microwave and now the dishwasher.
Is anything made to last anymore?
I wrote a previous review about a Microwave that has had some issues. To fix the problem would be almost as expensive to purchase a new one
I was emailed from the company to contact them and I already had done this prior to my review.
The new part cost $450.00 plus installation and they might give me 50 percent off.
Not sure that it is even worth the time.
