I recently purchased a Bosch mixer, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the product and the overall experience. Bosch has once again showcased their commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and innovation. The mixer I bought has completely transformed my kitchen routine – its efficiency and versatility are unmatched.

My dryer has unfortunately become faulty (still under warrantee).
I am pleasantly impressed by the qualitative service provided by Bosch Customer Service in Germany.
They are personable, and whilst they didn't have an appointment available for the coming week, they called me back to bring forward my appointment, they are very polite, speak English (and even able to send an English speaking technician), and make the overall experience very smooth.

Two and a half years ago I bought a dishwasher and did all the super complicated registration on My Bosch and got the certificate of prolonged warranty (2+3 years). Now something went wrong so I call their centre to get it repaired. As first their customer service is instructed on how to avoid sending a repair man. So after all stupid advices that they gave me how to fix it myself which of course didn't work finally they listed what I have to provide in order to get a free repair. Date of purchase, pictures of a model and serial number, picture of a purchase reciept etc. When I said I have provided all of that in My Bosch registration they claimed I have to provide them again and without physical reciept of purchase no repair under warranty is possible. I said I moved houses in the meantime and had no clue where was my purchase reciept and why did I bother then to fill out that complicated registration if it meant nothing on the end. She was most rude talking to me as I am a little five years old and said it was my duty to keep the reciept.

I was too naive and believed that certificate of warranty that I have recieved really ment something but we live in a world of SCAM and the whole registration process is only a tool for data collecting for Bosch. BOSCH once a very good brand-today a huge disappointment!!

I bought an electric sander a few weeks ago and tried many times to register on MyBosch-Tools.com to get 3 years guarantee as indicated on a flyer disposed in the tool box. Soon after creating a profile and filling the information about me (in a not so easy way because you must do it with your mobile, they don't allow you to do this on a computer), they are supposed to send me an email that never comes...
I did this again and again but it always ends the same way.
So to me the 3 years Bosch guarantee is a joke, it's just a way to gather information about me and my phone and there is no 3 years guarantee at all.
It is the first time I buy a Bosch tool and it is the last time.

Bought a blender on Amazon from Bosch. It does not blend and leaves little balls of every ingredient I put in, it turns off without reason and is not as silent as promised! I asked for my money back and they haven’t even replied! Worst service and products ever!

I bought my Bosch washing machine 3 years ago. The only complaint I have is that it's extremely quiet. Every time I have to check to make sure that the machine is running. Well done Bosch!

I bought a Bosch battery drill, it lasted ONE day, and I rejected it as trash, as the battery lasted 10 minutes !
Although I complained to Bosch, the never took the curtisy to reply.
