Beware, scam! Bought tickets to an event, the venue didn't recognize them and I had to buy them again on the spot. Support sent me back to the venue, the venue didn't care. Never got my money back.

Amateurish, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased a ticket for a show, but due to a technical issue on their side, I was unable to download it even though the payment had already been processed through PayPal.
I could not reach anyone in real time, and since I had already made plans, I was forced to buy a more expensive ticket for the same event. Later, I had to follow up repeatedly just to receive a refund for the original ticket. When I requested a refund for the price difference, which was relatively small and entirely their responsibility, they refused.
Their customer service representative, Luca, was dismissive and argued with me over email instead of taking accountability or offering any form of compensation. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this was handled.
Their error caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and they could not even refund a few euros. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly urge event organizers and customers to avoid working with such an irresponsible provider.

I bought tickets for a concert, and the payment was marked as 'under revision' on PayPal. It took more than five days for anything to happen, and then they withdrew the money from my account a day after the concert. The tickets never arrived, and I’ve been sending emails trying to get my money back, but they won’t respond. Absolutely outrageous service. It’s been over three weeks now, and nothing has happened. It seems like they just took my money and left it that way
