The watch is great itself
The watch is great itself, it is whatever I expected. The company “Boss” should know regarding delivery company UPS. I spent whole day at home waiting for my parcel. Around 8pm I decided to check email and tracking. The parcel has been delivered at 2.45 pm UPS collection point. There were no paper left or any notifications. This is the third times I experienced with UPS. Next time I will not order anything from any of other companies if UPS will be delivering a parcel.
Drivers are lazy to bring items on people’s addresses, what is the point ordering only then?

We are sorry to hear this. You would have received an email with the UPS tracking number and link to the UPS tracking website on despatch of the watch for you to be able to track it through to delivery, sign up for updates and change any delivery details.
Our Customer Service team has checked the status of your delivery on the UPS tracking site and it shows that UPS tried to deliver on 5th July and as no-one was available to receive the package they took it to the nearest access point. We also see that there have been requests after that to change the delivery address. As we are unsure what steps you have taken with UPS and would like to support you, please can you contact ukcustomerservice@movadogroup.com or 01428 777103 and we will aim to assist you further.
