Ghosts in the wind

I ordered a pair to try because of the work I do, from an advertisement I saw on social media .

They debited my account for the purchase ( there was a incomplete address issue from the auto fill ) but I wrote them as soon as I placed the order with the correct info. I have a confirmation # but have yet to receive my purchase and/or at least a response back stating the correct address and my order being shipped . I’ve written on the websites message board for “contact them info” , as well as two emails all with my # , email, and address to Residency ......been over a week and still no response to anything . ?

I just want my stuff or a refund ? Hopefully this bad review will have someone contact me

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying…

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online. It took them a month to even acknowledge the fact that I purchased the gloves. Sent many emails throughout that month and never once was I able to get in contact with anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to buy gloves from. Don’t even think about taking down this post because I can assure you I am a paying customer.

I sure wish they replied to my inquiry about my order #4601 as quickly as they flag these comments. I'd really appreciate a reach out, so far not responded to after second email and 4 days. Tracking app does not work. Installed two weeks after order and acted like THAT is when order was processed. Waiting on reply from customer support.

No update after a week =/

Ordered a week ago and no updates. I just emailed....lets see what happens.

I hope this is the supplier issue they have (hope quality is good....) If they claim its a fake order and try to dispute, I will post my order #.

Made a big order, shipped wrong items, no word from company.

I ordered a big order on February 6th. I ordered a Jacket, 2x touchscreen gloves, 3x cozy fingerless gloves, 6x Medium indestructible gloves, and 7x Indestructible Large gloves. I am order number 4339. Immediately after ordering and paying I received a confirmation email. Today is now february 29th, which is 23 days after ordering. I have sent 2 emails and havent received a reply. Luckily I paid on a credit card.

Update: they sent me this extremely light weight jacket that is not the one in the photo. They did not send any of my indestructible gloves. I will never buy from this company again.

Update: I received the gloves. They are not what they said they were lol. These little light weight gloves are not the "Indestructible Super gloves" shown in the video ad. Total crap. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

This guy disputed my chargeback and claimed I am trying to defraud him. His name is Noreen Achmed or at least that's what it says on my stripe chargeback info. He claims that he contact me and let me know about delays and that I received my products and I'm trying to get items for free. This is absolutely ridiculous. You bet you wont get away with this Noreen Ahmed.

4/29/20 update: my bank denied the chargeback. Because I submitted the order as item not received, then I did receive it, the chargeback was denied. His tracking numbers dont work, dont tell your bank you got anything in the mail! I'm going to try and find his personal info so I can sue him in small claims court.

Took my money and blocked all communication.

I ordered their super gloves on Feb 3rd 2020. I got a confirmation email but have sent them 2 emails since and have not heard back. I believe they blocked me on FB too because I don't have the option to comment on their posts anymore (I was able to before I purchased), even though I still see others leaving comments right now. I bought the indestructible gloves…

I bought the indestructible gloves after seeing an ad on Instagram. But I never got my order #2966. I placed it January 23rd. After 2 weeks of not getting any shipment information I got concerned and looked for their Instagram to send them a message, I couldn't find it. So I went to their website to send them an email. Still no response! This company took my money, didn't send me the product, didn't give me a refund and [edit] instead of helping me, today (04/02/2020) Botev Peak reported my review to be taken offline instead of giving me a refund or sending me what I paid for, what a terrible company! Ordered over a month ago and no product

My husband (Julius Brown) placed an order for a jacket on 1/22/20. I’ve emailed 6 times with the order number requesting the status of the order and they are yet to respond to me. They are lying and saying that I am not a customer when I clearly said my husband placed and order. They never even asked his name. Here is the order information they sent. I omitted the address for safety reasons on this review.

I have ordered a week ago

I have ordered a week ago, paid extra for premium air mail. Downloaded their app to track I've gotten no email from them about shipping I've emailed them, messaged them on facebook and commented on their posts. I've emailed them 5 times and gotten no response I've seen other reviews exactly like this I wish I would of seen them before. I will wait a bit longer if I dont get a response I will report the company and stop payment on my card

So it's about to be a month. I see the company itself stating all these claims are fake. They are indeed not, my order number is 2761. I had sent 2 emails to the company in good faith that they will respond. First off, no responses. 2nd, they are responding to these claims saying they are "fake." Yet they are quick to disclaim this and not email, so you changed your supplier supposedly..... Why didn't you just email every customer about it? Are you really that Petty? Like Jesus Christ, your going so far to advertise your yourself on Instagram. I made a claim so I can get my money back with my bank. I just wanted some gloves and I held back on training since I wanted to use these, but I guess it was too good to be true. And don't take this comment off, this is factual, my name is Esteban Segura. I ordered from this company on Jan 22, its now going on March and I have not received my products nor have I received a response from the 3 emails I have sent to this company.

So, I am very unhappy with this company for non-delivery and for taken my $300+ dollars.
