I purchased Bouclème products on the advice of my hairdresser. He claimed they were the Roll’s Royce of curly hair products. They smell amazing! My curls are softer, bouncier and lighter. I noticed less breakage on wash days. I love how the extra hold gel doesn’t leave a cast on my hair.

A good product: the hair is nice and soft and shiny, good, subtle scent, the curls become soft and smooth. Only you probably really still need the gel to refresh / stabilize them daily. Will I order next and try the combo. Am satisfied all in all.

17 days since I ordered. Was told my delivery was shipped never arrived ask customer service to check this out was told my order was delivered to someone else but tracking never updated or said delivered. They told me they sent me a new order and closed my ticket. Products haven't arrived as I write this so will have to open a case with PayPal.

Very Concentrated product... amazing result!

I bought the 30days to Waves set and REALLY happy with the products. I thought the reviews were really helpful as I would've have been confused by how 'low lather' the shampoo is if not warned ahead if time. But with this, I feel my roots and scalp getting cleaned and the smell is like aromatherapy.
Styling products are great. I use the cream on its own or double up with the styler/gel one for a bit more definition. It does take a bit of practice to figure out quantities but I love that my hair is defined but not 'crispy'.
I always air dry my hair so I feel like I'm getting better style with no change in effort. Win win!!!

With Boucleme products, I feel like for the first time in my life I can comfortably and easily manage my natural hair, and It may sound silly but, I have also fallen in love with my curls.

After the first use, I was amazed!! So soft and well defined curls! After that I had some less successful attempts, but I still believe that it is a matter of practice. For example, I find out that for me leaving the conditioner on makes the hair too heavy. So l'm still exploring and have a general good feeling about these products.

Good cream but bad shampoo. It doesn't clean at all.

I had difficulty placing my order. I emailed about this issue. I received an email back to confirm it was sorted within a few days & I was then able to complete the order.
Only because you ask, I also felt delivery was slower than I expected. Took 6 working days for package to arrive.
Worth the wait though😊

Keeps the curls shaped very well. I am still in the process of experimenting which products fit my hair exactly but I am very satisfied with the overall result!
