Friendly and sociable staff, gave good advice, and completed my repair and service perfectly, forks seem better than new! Importantly, as I had to wait for a part to become available, they phoned me twice and kept me in the loop until completion. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

This is simply the best fork and dropper repair shop on planet, they know there stuff they explained inner workings and tell you how it is and the what why and how things work and what's gone wrong.
My bike has been reborn its flying like new after my negligence regular service and maintenance is key to happy forks and dropper get booked in you will not regret
I even called them out on trail and helped me tweak my suspension settings.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else for servicing. Bounce have amazing knowledge of all aspects of bikes, not just MTBs. The guys are top quality, wouldn't trust anyone else other than Bounce for all aspects of servicing, maintenance and repair.

The service from Bounce is very good. My shock is much better after its service. A good verbal report on its status when stripped down, followed by a written version.
They were unfortunately let down by parcel force.

Excellent service. Frank went to the post office in person after Royal Mail missed their pick up to make sure I got my parts on time.

Goods were despatched same day as order placed, however the chosen carrier unfortunately let Bounce Cycles down which was unfortunate, however Bounce were fantastic at trying to sort problem with carrier, in the meantime to keep me the customer happy they despatched a replacement order. This was my first purchase from this company and due to their efforts I will certainly use again and would recommend them 100% to others.

Right from 1st contact, Bounce customer service was bang on the money. I enquired about a Reverb seat post service by email and the replies came back promptly in a short time, contained great advice to allow me to determine the correct options required. As it turned out my seat post required a part that would take 3 months from Rockshox. Again the conversation with Bounce following this news was clear and without prompt the cost of service fully refunded. I would highly recommend Bounce to anyone.
