Frank who I think might be the top man, contacting him by phone after I had ordered the wrong size said no problem just return them and order another pair meanwhile I will dispatch you another pair now so you should have them tomorrow and on receipt of your return I will reimburse your payment, and true to his word it happened. His actions was backed by his very pleasant manner over the phone.
