Top quality service
Ordered some stainless steel offset bushings from Bounce Cycles. They arrived right away and were machined to precision. My bike feels better composed over the rough stuff with just this small upgrade. Chatted to Frank on the phone and he was a great guy to deal with. I'll use Bounce again.

My Giant Anthem was getting a bit clicky, found the (upper) shock bushes were shot (Usual cheap ally bushes) - rather than replace with more of the same, ordered a set from bounce. Arrived in a couple of days, S/S centre, with Nylon spacers, fitted perfectly, suspect it will outlast me........
Postage a little steep, could have avoided by spending more, but there was nothing else I needed!

Just on shipping we had been looking into implementing a system that calculates shipping based upon the weight and size of the item but the cost of doing so (quotes for a web pro were coming in steep) and the ongoing time it would take to manage meant it was impossible for us as a smaller retailer/manufacturer - one minute I am on the lathe making the shock hardware and the next I'm managing the website.
We decided to follow suit with most retailers that just charge a flat rate for all items regardless of size/weight but keep the spend at £15 so relatively low.
The rationale was that even if you say wanted 1 piece of stainless shock hardware at £10 plus £5 postage it was still much cheaper than any other product on the market as even alloy can set you back £16 and other brands are selling stainless for £20-£27 per kit. The flat rate covers even larger items that fall into parcel category with Royal Mail.
That said I still want to come up with another system and just want you to know that I am listening :)

I changed the lower shock hardware and it gave me an extra 1° of slacker head angle, i will replace the top ones next and change the geometry loads (downhill bike) SUPER HAPPY, THANKS GUYS

Fantastic service from the nice guys at Bounce, they kept me well informed about the work that needed doing to my shock and even more importantly the work that didn't need doing to my dropper post and refunded me the difference. Turn around was really quick. I can certainly recommend their services, nice one gents.

No hesitation in recommending Bounce!
I’ve had front shocks and rear shock service from Bounce and found their approach second to none- I have no hesitation in recommending them. Their communication is brilliant and everything is explained clearly if any issues crop up that may have been hidden from view. They are my go to place for any suspension issues from now on but I would happily let them do work of any kind on my bike if needed. They have a passion for engineering which shows in their work and attention to detail. Really top guys.
