Great product line, fantastic customer service
Great product line and very friendly customer service. Dunya reached out to me on her own because my package took longer than expected to arrive. I wasn’t worried, as it was the week after Black Friday and all deliveries tend to take longer than expected around that time. But I thought it was very nice of her to check in with me and talk to the delivery service. The package arrived two days later and had a personal note and a candy in it - what a nice gesture! I will buy from bouncycurls any time again!

Really pleased with this purchase! As it is hard to find products for curly (or wavy) hair in Danish shops (especially cult favorites), I was absolutely stoked to see TGIN, Kinky Curly and others available and for a good price here.
The order arrived in 2 business days (and was processed on the weekend, which is not common but highly appreciated) and the package even arrived with candy which had turned a dull day wonderful.
Thank you for the service and will be definitely coming back to refill in the future 👀
