They saved me from scam
I contacted Boundly after I received an unkown PayPal invoice that looked surprisingly real. I almost paid it because it used my name and had a “payment overdue” warning.
Olivia from the support team helped me check the sender, confirm it was a phishing attempt, and report it directly inside PayPal instead of clicking anything in the email. She also showed me how to review recent account activity and remove an old device that was still connected to my account.
