Excellent service
Was very worried about ordering but I did and I absolutely love this website.
Parcels arrive promptly. Some items are a little pricey but it is nice items so will continue to purchase when I need anything.
Courtney is great and does sort any issues out if there is any which I had 1 and was very minor but dealt with straight away.

The order I received unfortunately wasn't any good so had to send the order back. The return procedure isnt very clear, so got in touch with both the lady who I order from who was helpful, but still not very sure of how things worked when returning things. Evri doesn't recognise the retailer name, so having to pay for the return to the post office myself. Head office haven't replied to the email I sent to ask about the return process ????
