Charter Captain Sam Crone of Boutique Charters made our first sailing adventure one of the best experiences of our lives. “Adventure” is actually an understatement. Sam put us on the best locations, best beaches, best sunsets, which never failed to create once in a lifetime experiences and adventures. Boutique Charters does their homework in advance and adapt during the trip to make sure that every minute is meaningful and enjoyable. As first time ‘Sailers’ we honestly had no idea where to start when it came to booking this type of holiday but we knew we always wanted to do it.

Sailing the Greek islands was a dream of ours and it’s what we decided to do for our honeymoon.

When we first started looking at charter companies, it felt like a mine field. So many terms we didn’t understand and endless amounts of optional extras that we didn’t know if we really needed.

We finally settled on Boutique Charters after their initial communication was quick and informative, they took all of the stress out of the booking process and spoke to us in English rather than boat language. (Which now, thanks to the them we do understand a little).😂

They made it easier than booking a hire car in all honesty.

And the trip, well you haven’t got enough time for me to start on that (you’d be here all day). Skipper Sam took us to the most incredible secluded beaches, snorkelling with turtles and to the best beach bars, some of which only accessible by boat. Every single part of the trip was meticulously planned and thought through.

We have been on a lot of holidays, this was without a doubt the TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!

If you’re thinking about it, just push yourself to book it. We have just rebooked again for this year and this time we’re taking some friends along on a bigger boat (Catamaran). We literally can’t wait for September til we set sail again ⛵️⛵️
