Unfortunately wrong edition
Unfortunately, the book wasn't delivered in the English edition, and not wrapped as a gift just as I have ordered! The good thing is that the Musée employees sent me an Email and asked me if all was perfectly delivered which I had to deny, unfortunately! Because it wasn't clear enough that the book will come in the French version, and not in the English edition!

Don't expect adequate packaging!
Ordered item itself (cushion cover) is entirely satisfactory and as expected.
However, I am deeply dissatisfied with the packaging: Although having paid quite a considerable price for packaging and shipment, the cushion cover was simply put into a cardboard box without any additional cover. A plastic or paper bag, even a simple paper wrapper, would have made a good and needed protection against dust, humidity or wrinkles. What is more, the cardboard box was way too big, a simple cardboard envelope would have been sufficient.
Disappointed.

Excellent and accurate reproduction of a neolithic carving
I ordered this tiny statue as a replacement for one I had purchased from the museum gift shop some twenty years ago which had been lost. It is a wonderful reproduction of of the head of what may be a neolithic woman carved in ivory some 23,000 years ago. The reproduction is excellent and indistinguishable from the original exhibited in the museum. The service and delivery was excellent.

LOVE the book however it arrived with…
LOVE the book however it arrived with slightly damaged corners. Would encourage packaging to include corner protectors if possible. Otherwise, very happy to have the Renoir & Love book as a keepsake from my utterly delightful visit to Museum D'Orsay!!
