The product selection was easy via website. Also I got assistance (with the delivery part) via email from the customer support - really helpful. The shipping was reasonable (as transit time via DHL), packing just fine - the painting did well, were unharmed.

I am not very satisfied with:
1. the packaging for a pair of earings. I expected that when I pay 100 euros for a pair of earings I should get them with a decent packaging! (Boucles d'oreilles tiges Coquelicot rouge et cristal noir)
2. I was surprised with the quality of the printing of the Bracelet cordon Chagall Cantique des cantiques IV. There is no clarity on the drawing.
3. I was disappointed that the Badges by Henri Matisse were much bigger from what I expected. You mention the dimensions but a photo of the badge placed on a object of known dimensions would be more useful.
4. The badges by Matisse are with magnets. This is not mentioned in the description of the item.

The earrings are not placed in their dedicated pouches so that the packaging arrives in the best possible condition and is therefore kept flat.
Regarding the finishes and color schemes, we are required to offer only reproductions that have been approved by either the museums or the foundations (or rights holders, etc.).
