Bouygues loves to over charge and doesn’t offer human customer service

I have a small mobile plan with Bouygues and the customer service is terrible. I don’t have access to speak to anyone- only a bot to solve problems. I recently went over my allotted data and had been charged 30 euros before I was notified, despite having set up notifications and BLOCKING an excessive data use. TheBouygues bot said I didn’t have the block set up, but I am positive that I did. I cannot speak with anyone about this , how to correct for the future or how to contest my current invoice. It is incredibly poor customer service and makes one feel utterly at dis-ease with the company.
