Their website is terrible. The website let me order 2 dog coats and then they wouldn't fill both of them because they wouldn't both fit in the box. There was no explanation of this on the website that I could find. The box contains the normal stuff and there is an opportunity to purchase add ons. It doesn't say there is a limit to the add ons. The website is also hard to maneuver and track orders. Customer service is even worse. They don't care about a customer's unhappiness or do anything at all to try to make it better. I was frustrated and felt misled about what i would be getting, and they did nothing about it. They were uncreative and unyielding. I asked them to let me out of the 6 month subscription due to being so dissatisfied and they refused, so definitely don't sign up for a subscription until you are sure it's what you want.

The customer service is horrible! They sent me a box I didn't order and wouldn't refund or cancel it even though I emailed them minutes after they sent me an email saying my order was processed. Their excuse? "We're a small business. We can't afford to pay people and refund customers" do yourself a favor and get your order from a different company.

worst customer service ever. ordered a box which contained tiny sample products, not what was pictured on website. very disappointed in quality as well. contacted them via email. no reply. finally after trying for a month, they got back to me with the royal run around. "log into your account". but I don't have one, i don't know log in info. etc. finally got a link and low and behold, I had an account which I promptly canceled. now I get an email stating my next box has already gone out and is non refundable. I expressed that I didn't pick a box or items and had been trying to cancel for over a month. they replied. sorry. non refundable.
