Not my first pair of Boxfresh shoes. I keep coming back for more. They’re hard wearing, comfortable and a fair price. Never disappointed when I get a new pair

Shoes are great but they were ordered on the 22/09 and did not arrive till 04/10 - which is longer than I was expecting.

Caught this bag on sale. Worth every penny. Seems sturdy, stylish with enough compartments for my needs

Unfortunately shoes are very tight across toes, to the point of painful., this is despite there being plenty of room in front of my toes (which are perfectly normal toes!). Currently trying to stretch them. Not what I expected.

Great company to buy from but their courier is frustrating to work with as cant reschedule/ask to leave parcel somewhere

Quick, good service but Hermes delivery had little flexibility - spoke with a very pleasant, helpful person at Boxfresh about an unsuccessful delivery attempt and she understood that since the purchase was a gift in another country(U.K. and I live and ordered from Switzerland) that I had no knowledge or control over the person's schedule, except that that he was often out during mornings. She suggested asking for delivery after 16:00, which I okayed with the recipient and called Boxfresh back. The young man I spoke with was discouraging, saying he would ask but not sure.
Package delivered same time in the morning next day... Thankfully someone was there to receive it. So, unreliable delivery service as after a third attempt package would have been returned to Boxfresh.
