I placed my orders and paid for them

I placed my orders and paid for them, 1 hour later both orders had been cancelled, no explanation was given and when I called the number on the cancellation notice, a young man answered and had no idea who the company was, he had been called a few times that week.

Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious. I attempted to contact chloe multiple times via email to confirm details regarding my delivery date, with no reply to any of them.

After over a week of trying I decided that I would inform them that I wanted a refund, or I would get my bank to reverse the payment. I reviewed notification of the refund yesterday.

All in all, it was 13 days from the order to the refund. There was not a single reply from the company. The only communication has been via automated emails.

AVOID

Absolutely terrible customer service, states it will be dispatched 2-4 days and after a week with no package they send me an “automated“ email to say they’ve refunded me and cancelled my order with NO explanation!!

VERY odd if you ask me, there are genuine people who want to support small businesses and this happens!!

Disappointed

So disappointed - I received one of these boxes when I was just out of hospital which I thought was lovely - so thought I’d send one to my sister who had Covid and now a week later I’ve had no more information, it’s not arrived and no update despite emailing twice.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service! I ordered a hamper for my grieving friend. It wasn’t dispatched until a week after I ordered it and it wasn’t delivered until another week after this. I emailed the company twice, messaged on Instagram twice and contacted the owner of the company directly on Instagram. I received no reply to any of my messages. I am absolutely appalled in this service, my friend really needed this when she lost a family member, not two weeks later! I will never order from this company again and I would strongly advise that no one else does.

Poor service

Hi I placed three orders and contacted them via email to advise of cancelling 2 orders
They didnt respond to email rather they took it upon themselves and cancelled an order that I didn’t speak about and refunded and dispatched the 2 I advised I didn’t want anymore.

I kept trying to get a hold of someone
I called the merchant I emailed
I messaged on messenger and Facebook
They state they give responses daily but they don’t I’ve yet to hear back.

I kept an eye on tracking to make sure I can change delivery to my own as these where for different delivery address other than mine and
The tracking didn’t work it kept showing as not active and all of a sudden it’s delivered too both people whom it was for.

I’m so dissatisfied disappointed with the service all I asked was for them to contact me so we can talk about the order and what we can do and for them to dismiss me and not even reach out when I did many times was so unprofessional.

So I would suggest others if you think you want to buy from here think again as they don’t help you at all when you need it, rubbish service!!!!!’

Avoid!!

Avoid!!

Really disappointed with the service this time. I ordered last year with no issues so didn't think to look at reviews as trusted the company!

Ordered this box on the 24th Jan, dispatch note was 1st Feb. The box has finally arrived over 2 weeks later from dispatch. Couldn't check tracking so emailed twice, messaged on etsy and opened dispute on PayPal with no response. Just glad the items have finally arrived but won't be using again!!

I understand covid has been hard on us all but if that is the reason for so many issues, why not just inform everyone on your website/social media that there are delays!

This gift still hasn't been delivered

This gift still hasn't been delivered, despite the notice it had been 'despatched' a week ago. Royal mail supposed to have received it but tracking says "will not notify until it has been delivered".
More and more sure this company is one not to ever get involved with.

Really gutted

Really gutted, bought the more expensive option for my daughters step sister who had covid hoping to cheer her up as they were missing each other. The order still hasn’t arrived!!! I have emailed and no response! The tracking says an update will be given once a delivery attempt is made and has done since it was “dispatched” is been two weeks!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Absolutely shocking customer service!! I placed my order over 10 days ago, I received a confirmation email, the money has been taken from my account & I've heard nothing since.

My friend has not received the order and NONE of my emails/direct messages via social media have been replied to.
I placed this order in good faith as this company "claims" to donate to the charity MIND & I'm absolutely disgusted at their lack of response to my emails/DMs.

I've also discovered reviews on social media (unfortunately after I placed my order) showing that my experience is not unusual & disgraceful customer service appears to be normal for this company.

Don’t waste your time or money

My gift to my friend never got delivered. Ordered on the 14th January I tried to track and email no response from either.
Wouldn’t bother to order to waste time or money. Not impressed.

Perfect 'Me Time' Treats

I ordered this boxed size hug for a family member who has recently had a baby. She was thrilled with her goodies, which I based around some 'me time' treats.
