My order still hasn't been delivered. I have emsiled twice and tried to contact via Instagram and still no response.

The website glitched when I was ordering and ordered two. I’ve spent the last week trying to contact customer services to get one of the boxes I ordered cancelled with no luck. Not even an automated response letting me know when I’ll get a reply.

Really terrible customer service!

Ordered a box for a friend who needed a pick me up. She still hasn’t received it so the moments kind of passed. For the type of product it is should really be better delivery service

I have still not received the item or a response to my email of why I have not received the item.

Goods can only be worth a couple of pounds, very disappointed.

Order not received. Emailed 3 times in last week. Rang and messaged no answer.

I have just received an email to rate my order. An order that was placed, money taken from my bank account but never received. Emails are not being replied to and the Instagram account is full of complaint comments with the same issue (but the owner of the company is living her best life on her personal account, with my money!). Avoid this company at all costs. I have reported to Trading Standards.

I ordered my box the week before Christmas and still have not received it.I have not been offered a refund or an explanation. Might has well have flushed my money down the toileting! I have emailed twice but no reply, only an email to ask for a review! Terrible customer service

Really disappointed. I have emailed an enquiry as my box took a full week from dispatch to delivery and when it did arrive it was totally incorrect. The box was damaged and when I opened the parcel, the items in my personalised box were not the items I chose. No contact to resolve. Won't be ordering again.

Perfect gift to send and all through the post and beautifully presented

I sent two of these boxes to my nest friends and they were so happy, pleased and thrilled to receive them. They’re absolutely brilliant thank you

The box itself looked to be all there, and my daughter was very happy with it. But it took Royal Mail 10 days to deliver it to a Greater London address. I had wanted her to get it quickly as she was feeling very down. I suggest you offer Courier delivery, I would be happy to pay more for a fast delivery. Also you need to respond to emails more quickly please.

Be prepared for it to take 4 times as long to be delivered. Don’t order if you want it within 5 days!

I sent the vegan box to my sister to cheer her up whilst she was isolating and it did the job. She was thrilled to receive it and loved the contents. I thought the products and brands included in the box were really interesting and worked together as a package. Great options to choose your own gifts from a menu but I loved that this was already put together so thoughtfully.

This was bought for a good friend who has been ill and going through a hard time at work, just to cheer her up and put a wee smile on her face - it was hugely successful! Thank you!

Box looks beautiful online, however my friend still hasn’t received the gift 9 days after I ordered it. It’s very disappointing. I understand there can be delays with delivery, but the shipping/delivery stated 2-4 working days and it’s been much longer.

Ordering was easy and quick , but I could not find anywhere to save my choices ??? It may be me , but it would have helped me greatly.
My only other ' niggle' , was that I was not sure how long it should take to be delivered. I was informed when delivery was made , which was appreciated.
Would definitely use Boxsizedhugs again !!!!!

Order placed om the 6th of November! It's the 14th and no sign of delivery. The order can't be tracked. Very disappointing
