My friend was over the moon with this box!

Sent a box of 10 selection to my best friend for her birthday and they arrived on her especially day. She was so over the moon with her surprise gift.

Really happy with purchase. I selected the 7 items and believe the price of box is reasonable. Delv was on time. Only one thing I didn’t like too much was the box it’s self. Plain white cardboard with a small sticker in corner. So first impressions wasn’t great but could not fault the inside. Inside was very pretty and carefully wrapped in lovely paper and a personalised note. I would still give 5 star and recommend

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Box never arrived. Extremely long reply times from customer services , MONTHS! No solution given and tried to blame the address. Awful and I’d even suspect it’s a scam

If I could leave no stars I would opt for that. I ordered 2 boxes that were delivered after 12 days and that was after me e-mailing and leaving messages through social media platforms. I eventually managed to find a contact number and left messages for what turned out to be the person who handles the digital marketing. Disappointed doesn't cover it - contents, (lack of) value for money, customer service. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I certainly would not use again or recommend.

Ordered for a friend that's pregnant and was have a really bad day, she loved it, it was a great pick-me up! Nice that you can be personalised with a message. Delivery from everywhere takes longer at the moment, I can't believe some peoples horrible comments. I'm really pleased and will be using again :)

I ordered late on the evening of the 21st February, I received a text confirming my order immediately. I emailed on the 24th February as I had read the reviews and I was worried. I received a prompt response explaining that they were dealing with a high volume of orders but that they were aimng for a 2-4 day turnaround. My daughter received her order today and is delighted with it. 8 days was longer than I expected but she was happy with the contents.

Not worth the money. The photos are misleading as mine came in a battered white box. So disappointed.

I really wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. Customer service is shocking, delivery is shocking, I would never order from these again. I ordered a box for my Dads birthday on 28th Jan (his birthday is 7th Feb). I had an email on the 3rd Feb to say it had been shipped. It never arrived for his birthday. Twelve emails later (mostly from me as there is no contact number) and 3 weeks later he has finally received his birthday gift today (22nd Feb). I have not seen my Dad since March last year due to COVID, he does not live locally to me, so I wanted to send him something nice and positive for his birthday. 2 days to reply to an email and no other way to contact is not acceptable customer service!

I placed my order two weeks ago and still have received no update! What is going on? order confirmation and website has absolutely no contact details apart from the owner's email address. I emailed 4 times and also messaged on Instagram.. Waiting for some form of update before I get a full refund. What a terrible service and customer experience. Will not be ordering again and do not recommend the service to anyone. I understand covid means delays but it does not mean ignoring customers who have already paid and waiting for their gifts to send to loved ones..

Ordered my sister a box for her birthday on 27/01 (her birthday is 03/02) and it still hasn't arrived on 08/02, I've emailed and complained to the owner and still haven't had a response. Totally disappointed with the service and I will be wanting a full refund!!

Placed my ordered and my beautiful friend received a beautiful box that lifted his spirits and made a difference to his day!
The box was delivered within the estimated time frame and arrived exactly as expected.
I will definitely purchase again!

Box sized hugs is an absolute scam!!! I ordered my box 2 weeks ago and I’m still yet to receive it. It was apparently posted first class last Wednesday, yet still hasn’t arrived. I requested tracking information, however they said they don’t have tracking information for their parcels. I have launched a complain via PayPal and will be requesting a refund. Please avoid!!

Let me tell you. The women who runs this business got her close family and friends to post good reviews for her terrible service. It is a scam. They don’t reply when you complain, you will not see your package and you will not be refunded. I ordered mine on the 1st of December 2020. It is currently 27th of January 2021

Totally disappointing. Box hasn’t arrived and still no response from the owner.

Ordered on 3rd Dec for daughter at uni to get her through exams, still nothing by 8th so emailed and was told it was dispatched, emailed 10th to say still not arrived and she’s coming home today 12th. Waste of time, money and the sentiment has been lost. Still no response

Have bought a few boxes during lockdown to cheer friends up. All have been amazing and I will def use again as well as recommend to others.

Super fast shipping and such cute items! I bought 3 for my friends and they all LOVED them!
