They installed solar panels and batteries last July. 3 month ago I reported they are not working. Since then they sent engineer 5 times, but they still couldn't fix it. They never honestly apologised, only telling that they are very busy. They never offered any compensation for the lost income of the wrong solar. 3 MONTHS and it's still not working.

Very personable, unobtrusive installer. Excellent communication during the installation, explained the new boiler and thermostat and tidied up after himself. Excellent service, thank you.

This was a demanding installation, not straight forward. Plumbers arrived on time and worked continuously throughout a long day. Problems were solved creatively and effectively. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. I am happy with the end result and would recommend.

Didn’t fill in the service book also left black marks on the cupboard door also moved the carbon monoxide alarm with no explanation why and left a printed info sheet with the boiler readings on top of the boiler.

Can’t fault the service!
It was quick and easy! Filled out some questions online and booked in a day. They had plenty of availability and even appointments within the next couple of days. We have financed the boiler and I found it really easy to follow with what information they needed etc. The two engineers who came were brilliant, really friendly, tidy workers. Very thorough in the work they did, and talked me through everything at the end making sure I was happy with how to use the hive etc. couldn’t fault the process or the service received

Great experience
Can’t complain at all. Process was quick and painless. Had an engineer service my old boiler and condemned it being dangerous. Best thing we could do due to the age of our old boiler was to replace it. They came out on Tuesday afternoon, the boiler was ordered and booked in on the Thursday morning. Boiler also comes with a 10 year warranty.
Both the engineer organised by Boxt and the engineer from homeserve were brilliant. Very professional and nothing was a problem. If I could I’d give more than 5 stars.
Appalling experience all round
Appalling experience from start to finish. I booked my air‑con installation back in June before the heatwave, only to be told three weeks later that the fitting had been pushed back by six weeks. Then, a week after that, I received another email saying the Bosch unit I ordered was suddenly “out of stock” with no estimated date — and they tried to fob me off with a far cheaper, inferior Chinese unit for £300 less. Completely unacceptable and nowhere near comparable to what I paid for.
Had I known any of this would happen, I would never have booked with them in the first place. I would have gone with an alternative supplier who actually had units in stock — suppliers who now don’t have availability precisely because of the delays BOXT caused. The whole situation has been avoidable and entirely down to their poor planning and communication.
On top of that, they should never have taken payment for a unit they clearly weren’t able to supply. I’ve been £6,000 out of pocket for weeks, and at this point they should be refunding not just the principal but interest, given that this money would have been earning interest in the bank during the time they’ve held it. I’ve asked to be put in touch with their complaints department and I’m still waiting for a response, yet another example of their complete lack of professionalism.
The communication, the delays, the downgrade attempt, the refusal to take responsibility, all of it is disgraceful. If zero stars were an option, they’d get it.

It says it’s passed with flying colours yet Worcester Bosch are coming this week to fix a fault on it. Usually the boxt engineers are very good. The guy who came was poor. He couldn’t wait to get away and just said to ring Boxt about the fault.
