Great communication, excellent gas engineers
Boxt have been a great company to deal with, they fitted my boiler and now arrange its regular service schedule.
The gas engineers attending our home have all been punctual, very respectful and courteous.

Remarkable service from start to finish
The whole process was unbelievably easy from start to finish. I placed the order, sorted the finance on Monday and the heating engineer and boiler arrived this morning exactly as planned. We now have a brand new boiler and controls, no more hot water issues and winter heating cut outs. Perfect from start to finish. A big shoutout to Marc the fitter from Tommos Plumbing and Heating; such a helpful, knowledgeable, friendly guy, full marks to him, would 1million percent recommend him and Boxt.

This was a replacement boiler…
This was a replacement boiler installation. The ordering and booking process was very clear and there were plenty of dates available.
Every went well and the job was completed by midday. Harvey the installer was very experienced and quick, and was very helpful in answering questions as as well as providing some usefull guidelines. No hesitation in recommending BoxT and the installer Harvey.
