Recommended to us. Started off good. Then Brocken promises and blaming courier company re sample tiles. Rather use a company that can deliver on what they say. Specially when time is a factor.

Great service from Jamal at Croydon Rd. Very helpful when needed extra tiles. Nothing too much trouble I will definitely use Boydens again thanks

I recently visited the store, Purley Branch in search of floor tiles to complement the wall tiles I had purchased from another store, and I must commend Stephano, the manager, for providing exceptional and exemplary customer service. In just five minutes of our initial meeting, he not only assisted me in locating a suitable tile but also personally handed me the 60x60 size tile, suggesting that I take it to the store where I bought the wall tiles to assess its compatibility. Stephano's kindness, courtesy, and trustworthiness were truly commendable. His prompt and helpful assistance made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Josh his assistant ,was also extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you both for your help today.

Fantastic service, showroom and delivery. No complaints at all. We recently purchased RAC tiles from Epsom showroom of Boyden tiles. We found a good tile at a good value and the showroom was very happy to assist us in choosing our delivery date. The delivery was made on time on the scheduled day and the deliver person was also very professional. the tiles are of best quality, there was damage of any kind not even chipped tiles and as they were rectified- all tiles were of same dimensions with no deviation in cuts. Even the tiler was very impressed with the quality and cut of the tiles.

We bought tiles from Boyden tiles for whole house and were really pleased with service as well as selection. Their prices were reasonable too.

Fantastic service. Boyden’s put right what our tiler (not their’s) had messed up. We’d only spent £250 on tiles from them but we were still a valued customer. Would very highly recommend.

Purchased items which were delayed being opened and fitted due to COV19. When opened package the item was damaged due to being outside of 28 notice period.

Will not use for any of my future purchases

Nice showroom purley way with a great selection of tiles. However delivery is laughable. Got a call to say they had left my tiles on the stairs. I said that's unlikely as I live in a house and therefore my stairs are inside and you aren't here. He then said that it was my fault as I hadn't answered the door. I asked him why I would be answering someone else's door. He eventually turned up and was extremely rude. Called me a prat and my wife rude who was extremely passive. He then sat in his van and refused to deliver. We just shut the door. Eventually after he calmed down I guess, he dropped them on my drive and drove off. I did challenge him on his attitude but he said he didn't care as he was agency. Odd as it was a Boydens Van. Wont be using them again.

Staff are very rude and management are even worse. I would never recommend this company!!
