Entice you with offers they won't stick to
Boyle Sport are happy to offer you promotions to encourage you to deposit money with them and bet. For example, if you deposit and bet £25 on the world cup winner, they wil get you free £5 bet for every game they win. Well that offer is enough to try them again instead of my usual bookies and see if they any good. But then when you ask them why the £5 free bet hasn't arrived, you have to provide proof to them the offer even existed, even though they have now removed it from their site. I managed to track down pictures from other sites and provide them with the URL from my search history of where the promotion was. Eventually they agreed the offer DID exist. Phew....can I have the £5 free bet now? No, apparently I'm no longer eligible for offers and the decision is not reversable. Stick with one of the more popular bookies like Bet365, PaddyPower, Betfair, Coral etc. Boyle Sport is not one you can trust.
Edit 26/06/2026 - They have now replied and admitted that they want to prevent this happening to other customers and are reviewing their policies. Good. How about try and prevent it not happening to ME and ask for my username so you can give me the £5 free bet then?

My account has been restricted from betting on boosts or promotions
(Basically I have won a few bets ) so now I’m not entitled to any of their offers.

Account ineligible for Promotions without justification
I infrequently use Boyle Sports but tend to place a couple of bets during major tournaments. I placed a £20 bet as part of a WC promotion where I should’ve received a £5 free bet every time my team won. After not receiving an expected free bet, I contacted Customer Services to clarify and they confirmed that my account had been made ineligible to receive Special Offers or Promotions by the “Trading Department”, without any communication or justification. Boyle Sports still advertised Special Offers to me and allowed me to bet on one and have still not given justification as to why they made the decision. The only positive is that the customer service team replied to me, but overall I’ll never use Boyle Sports again as they’ve acted disingenuously and lost my trust.

Did not receive welcome offer
Did not receive welcome offer of £40 in free bets. Apparently due to 'using a shared affiliate link'. The link landed on the offer page and allowed you to sign up. It's unreasonable to expect a member of the public to understand the nuances of links and affiliate marketing and decline a welcome offer on that basis. I have closed my account and won't be using them again.
